    Hii @reliancejio my #jio no 8360503639 I'm saying you very sadly that previous 4-5 days is very bad service because jio Internet speed has been slow down and still this is happening to me.i am continuously using jio sim for 3 or 4 years. Plzz help..

    @JioCare after port out message got a call from Jio...After few seconds the Customer Care person was not able to listen to me due to poor network...And they disconnected the call saying that customer is not giving any response.. Pathetic...Must port out from Jio now..

    @TRAI facing voice/video call issues and slow net speed on @reliancejio network..Whenever I call a Non-Jio no., It do not ring completely..The call gets disconnected automatically after half ring

    @reliancejio @JioGigaFiber_ You're planning to roll out services via the internet provided through your routers. But both the signal quality and speed have gone down in past few month. Even jio mobile connection we are experiencing the same thing. @JioCare

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. Thanks @JioCare for being the epitome of customer service.

    That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

    Dear @TRAI I am receiving these call from unknown numbers, which are aware about my loan account details and offering me loan. My bank @HDFCBank_Cares informed me to complaint to you because they are helpless about this. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare can you anything.
