    customer care of Jio is really bad and I don’t know what you guys do for customer care in your services or not at all good at lease. Other internet providers are better than this. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @JioCare applied for broadband connection 40 mins back. Link for userid and password not yet received. How long have to wait.Very bad service.

    @JioCare Can someone call RMN of connection no 0120 3191652 Last 2 hours I am trying helpline number and whatsapp Unable to get through. At least have more Whatsapp attending officers so that Customer coukd be attended to. Witout Customer Support, just technology not good enoug

    Dear @JioCare , I have raised many complaints regarding network issues and all complaints are closed without resolution. Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

    My device NO0000N5RUBJ is delayed.@JioCare @PIB_India. Jio fibre salesman told me that already a box installed and no problem for fibre, took money 6 days before. No solution from @JioCare side. Salesman is not accepting my call after this.

    @JioCare dear Jio till this date no. Jio fiber Junction box for connecting jio fiber internet to the subscribes is installed from house no. 52 to 86, L block, Sector 12, Noida UP 201301 The existing customers wire has been connected form previous galis which is far away. Pl Help

    It's been 13 days since the first complaint was raised still no resolution. Isn't it a breach of SLA by @reliancejio, I think I should get resolution as well as a plan extension as per the contract. @JioCare do I need to reach out to NCH to resolve this ?

    We have been experiencing very poor network connectivity in our area for the past two months. The situation is affecting our daily communication. If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no option but to port our numbers to a different network provider. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio internet issue was for 12-13 days last month,Still you have sent me the full bill despite of your customer care telling me bill will be adjusted for loss of internet. If you can't fix the issue in time at least compensate in the bill.
