I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.
