    Every morning i get a mail saying installation will come today and then after one hour another mail cones saying it's delayed due to technical issue. I have given request on Customer Care to cancel my request but it has not been done yet. @reliancejio @JioCare Very Bad Service

    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @JioCare Sure i will be happy to use services. Provide me the best family plans with all the benefits and will share the porting code. As @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not able to solve my problem and charging bill is too high.

    @TheLallantop @JioCare #Jio network has always been worse in our office area near Parcel office, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway station. Have to use WiFi calling facility otherwise its not acceptable at all.

    @reliancejio Your Jio fibre sucks. From yesterday router is keep blinking to red. I have tried reaching you people for complaint this issue by all means of channel like calling on 1800-896-9999, chat but no answers at all. You people are ruined day I want my money back. #JioSucks

    @JioCare I'm still receiving call from Jio saying We tried contacting you but were not able to connect. I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

    @reliancejio in my cart total items value is Rs 9760. I want to place order but cash on delivery option is not coming. I called your customer care but he is saying first uninstalled the jio. Again install and then do all exercise again. Do you feel that this is right approach

    @reliancejio,@JioCare Dear Reliance Jio, I’ve been facing extremely poor network issues for the past few months and it’s honestly unbearable now. Even with a tower just ~250m from my home, I barely get 1 signal bar — calls drop constantly and the internet is almost unusable.

    This is unacceptable. I run a clinic in Aliganj Lucknow, internet works outside the clinic, but inside not even a single WhatsApp message can be sent. Such poor service is affecting my work. Fix this immediately.asap. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare My devices were connecting on airfiber. Post relocation 2.4 Ghz option is not visible. Only 5 Gh option is there. But most of the devices support 2.4 band. Jio support says jio has stopped this band. So, I should switch to other operator if I want to connect my devices on wifi.

    @JioCare Took Jio AirFiber connection after being shown Google Gemini + 5TB storage offer. Haven’t received anything yet, but you’re still advertising the same to new users. This is misleading and unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or stop promoting false promises.

    Using jio Fiber at home in Mumbai. Every 2 days in a week there is internet outage. I can't talk to any customer executive as IVR call says we are sorry and directly cuts the call. What should I do. In chat, automated bots says sorry & close the chat. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani we r without wifi since so many days jio saying they have no slots. When we don pay bill they disconnect immediatley. Now paymet is complete but due to there disgusting service we are without wifi.This is what system where consumer suffers..
