It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

@JioCare Mr. Anuj I don't feel like tour engineer will be visiting soon. So I'll recommend you to take my issue seriously and improve your service. And take Action against you Service Manager (Wajeed) who is not lifting my call. By tommorow 3PM if not resolved I'll change to Airte.

one of the best network is jio not vodafoneidea to contact me 80888883321 after seeing messages if done 1 of Vodafone care call me are resolve my issue it may help other Vodafone customer but @ present I'm going to port my 10 postpaid number to @reliancejio thanks and good bye

@JioCare @reliancejio ..It's been 3 days and still the net issue is not yet resolved. Till have I have spoken to customer care for 5 times and everytime they say we will escalate to higher authorities but no result..some times they it will be resolved by 5 p.m
