    It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

    @JioCare Team Please improve your network strength and Internet speed. Sorry to say but its getting worst now days. We pay heavily bills for smooth service not for follow up for networks and Internet. We are hoping for solution instant of stereotypes answers.

    Dear @reliancejio every time u have bad network and every time I used to complain to the #joicare , they say " we are working on it and problem would be resolved in next 48 hrs". Will ur 48 hrs would come ever? @reliancegroup should I port it to another network? 😠😠😠
