    It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi why internet doesn't work between 12am to 1am? though i have my data balance. I only get free time between 12am to 1am and that time internet doesn't work. i hv recharged it for 28 days then why there is break in service?

    @reliancejio I am very disappointed with the internet services provided by you people. I have paid more than 700Rs for the plan and still I am experiencing very terrible speeds. I can't even open the Ookla site for speed test. I also reached out to customer care; issue persists.

    @JioCare very poor service by jio store and jio customer care i had replaced my sim yesterday till now i didn't get network in my phone visited multiple store but thet are not able to help me please assist me to change service provider

    @reliancejio what happened to ur network??? In every 5 min network disappears. Provide some good facilities . The worst network and worst service.
