It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

Dear @JioCare if u can't satisfy your customers there is no sense to declare yourself that it is the best network. We the consumers will decide which network is best. Stop fooling people by your fake advertisement. Instead u should try to improve the service. 🙏

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup- and when I raised a request to permanently deactivate my number, the customer executive is saying that you will be charged for the next 7 days until the number gets deactivated per the process. Why? I mean why? I am not even using the no.

Status: As per sms my issue is supposed to be resolved by 11.40 pm. But no one tried to contact and no update yet. That's how @reliancejio service its customers. #badexperience
