    It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Did a wrong recharge today by mistake, the amount difference was jus 2 rs, Yet Jio cant help to get a refund of the recharge nor help you to change your plan. 2021 and still you cant fix this silly mistake.

    @JioCare For my phone number 9076425972 On 12 Feb 2021 from 9:30 AM more than 3 hrs facing network outrage issue for pin code 421501. This not 1st time happening you can check my complaint history. In a month its occurring more than twice. Kindly resolve the issue urgently and permanently
