It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

@reliancejio We shifted from Mumbai to karwar in December 2021. Our both Jio phones were working properly. But since last month the service got worst. Call drops, no outgoing and no incoming calls. We complained frequently, on My Jio App, which is not resolving any issues.

@JioCare My alternate number is 8950000082 and it's vodafone number....at the same time jio sim is working and when my sim is inserted no signal was there....are ur company is also biased like other ******* indian companies

@JioCare I have been DM'g these details since the last nearly 1.5 months. To what avail, Ms. Mrunmai? @consaff portal says you have disposed off the complaint. You had promised in that you'd settle the claims in 7-15 working days. That was on 24-Jan. You all have NOT been working?
