It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

This is the pathetic service by #RelianceJio it’s very hard to find service centre first (without any holdings), when I asked for service, he was treating very rudely and try to kill my time on the name of process. I don’t know, why this level of attitude #RelianceJio

@JioCare hi there are frequent episodes of call drops even when talking on a regular mobile call (not using internet). This problem has kept on increasing from last week . Kindly do something urgently if i should stay with your network.

Worst Service by #jio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Moved to a new location and was trying to relocate my #JioFiber. Booked an appointment on 13 March for relocation, since then I have called customer care 3-4 times & each time they moved the appointment to 4-5 hours later or next day.

@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio Internet services neither restored not any tech contacted so far. If you called this expedition than local Service provider in my area are giving better services than @airtelindia.
