This is the pathetic service by #RelianceJio it’s very hard to find service centre first (without any holdings), when I asked for service, he was treating very rudely and try to kill my time on the name of process. I don’t know, why this level of attitude #RelianceJio

It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

@JioCare @BandBajaateRaho Just check your customer care data base how many times I called , what those people said, they told information only which I get from my jio app, so that why people sitting there infront of computer and phone, very worst experience with them

@JioCare please check your billing. You take money before for 3 months plan and charge money for 1 month extra? I got connection from 29th Oct but was charged for whole Oct month. Please extend my service
