    This is the pathetic service by #RelianceJio it’s very hard to find service centre first (without any holdings), when I asked for service, he was treating very rudely and try to kill my time on the name of process. I don’t know, why this level of attitude #RelianceJio

    It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

    @JioCare I'll wait till 7th December even after that my problem is not resolved then I will go to consumer court. according to you, no transaction happened but i have all the records of that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1.Bought my JioFiber in 2019 with deposit of 4500. 2.Requested STB for 2 years did not get. Engineer suggested to move to Postpaid in 2022. 3.Moved to postpaid. No STB still. 4.Requested cancellation-No Refund of STB since it's Postpaid. 4500 Gone . Worst

    @JioCare @reliancejio if you are not capable of providing proper network then why did u launch 5G. 1st make the 4G network service better. Such a disgusting experience and not even providing any resolutions to me from customer care. I need a reply immediately. My no is 9321833650
