  This is the pathetic service by #RelianceJio it’s very hard to find service centre first (without any holdings), when I asked for service, he was treating very rudely and try to kill my time on the name of process. I don’t know, why this level of attitude #RelianceJio

  It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio worst ever customer care service. Being charged for dummy ISD calls on my bill which i never made. Jio chat just hangs up and you just get a sorry email reply from customer care saying that nothing can be done. Illegally making money and growing #Jio

  Applied for @reliancejio fiber connection. Their service engineers never installed the modem. On their system I am an active user. Complained @JioCare got no resolution at all. Local people don't even recieve my calls. Worst service ever. #Jiodown #jionetwork I miss @airtelindia
