It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

@JioCare the internet is DOWN. Got disconnected while working. It would be stupid to let my team know that the internet is down on the eve of diwali. Already pissed that I have to work on this day. This has only added fuel to the fire. Please fix.

@JioCare I booked a 5-6PM slot for today, and this is what happening. Support team initially told they expited the service, but in return, I got a home care engineer addressed message with no engineer visit. Lies lies and lies!!!

@reliancejio Please bring transparency in FRC transaction. Customer don’t get any notifications on what value is recharged by retailer. In case of new or MNP case. SMS on alternate number would help. Just a feedback!!
