It is very sad that after so many claims jio is not able to provide service so that i can call from my house. To make a call i need to go out on roads. Internet problem is even worst. City~ Lalitpur U.P 284403 Location is attached with tweet. @JioCare

This is the pathetic service by #RelianceJio it’s very hard to find service centre first (without any holdings), when I asked for service, he was treating very rudely and try to kill my time on the name of process. I don’t know, why this level of attitude #RelianceJio

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare my jio number is 7019538427 and recently I have moved from prepaid to postpaid and when I completed my tele-verification for postpaid and from then on its telling not registered on network and I have checked all settings and are fine. Please help.

we are going to leave jio for slow network.i had complaint about our problem last 2yrs but since now jio hadn't taken any step.we knew that your customers are increasing but it is also your duty to provide good network. @reliancejio @JioCare @Asliambani
