@JioCare The reason given for the slow data speed is not acceptable as customer and the problem raised by is continually since long accept early morning time. I want to inform that there are 3 JIO towers within airal distance of one KM.

@JioCare I recharged for a friend on his behalf and there is not a trace of the transaction. The money is debited from the account but the services are still inactive. Not a way to track it. Help ASAP!!!!

@Airtel_Presence Glad I lost only installation charges of ₹4000 compared to ₹1599+ 18%GST *12 MONTHS = ₹22641.84 which I would have lost in hope for a decent service. You lost a customer but @JioCare gained one. How can you outright deny refunds for services not availed?
