    @GooglePayIndia Recharged my jio number, the amount is deducted from my bank, but the @reliancejio team is telling me they did not receive any request for recharge, what's going on guys. Both support team asking me to contact eachother like seriously.

    @saurabhskth Port to any another operator, #Jiocare is never helpful. These people will create service request & close at there own pace. I am too having multiple cases created and output is zero no improvement in the network.

    @GooglePayIndia I have done recharge on my jio number, the amount is deducted and showing recharge processed, but @JioCare is saying they have not received recharge request from my no. Contacted both customer support no resolution so far.

    @NaineeL12 @jaski132 @reliancejio Partly correct, it did shookup industry and now with worst speed. Plus u always need 4G on which heavily drains ur battery. Airtel is only competitor to jio, Vi combo sucks. For calling 2g still very good which can't get in Jio. Lastly never install jio app in phone.
