I am very much disappointed with Jio. Very unprofessional approach. Nobody try to contact me. After complaint done on tweeter. Very Bad Service.

But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
