Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
