It's been a 3 days now. My Jio fiber connection is shut down and after raising a complaint customer care service is helpless. Also no engineer visited at my house. Pathetic service Jio. Also i wasted my 3 days data now. Jio is just wasting time and money of mine. @reliancejio

@JioCare Is there any system of providing resolution in Reliance Jio or your system just closes the complaint automatically? @trai you should look into this kind of practice followed by @reliancejio I have made multiple complaints all closed same day or next day but still no resolution.

@JioCare On 18th May I've got a message to recharge 599 using Amazon pay UPI & get rewards upto 125rs ..... To confirm I called customer care on 198 & the executive has confirmed the authenticity of the msz. I've done the recharge but haven't got cashback or reward..

@JioCare DMed... I understand that tech issues come but not getting any update for such a critical issue is really worrying! Airtel's local tech staff used to be at my doorstep in max 1hr after such complaint. It important to inform the customer atleast.
