@JioCare Till this no response from Jio. Neither Set top is delivered to me. While on app ot is showing installed on 28 Nov 2022. I am very much disappointed with Jio. Very unprofessional approach. Nobody try to contact me. After complaint done on tweeter. Very Bad Service.

@JioCare Is there any system of providing resolution in Reliance Jio or your system just closes the complaint automatically? @trai you should look into this kind of practice followed by @reliancejio I have made multiple complaints all closed same day or next day but still no resolution.

@reliancejio Dear Jio...Pls stop testing the 5G network. You can't even handle 4G in my area. I have raised multiple complaints and still no response. The latest complaint no. is MR000162Q6GM. Either resolve this or return my recharge money as I'm unable to use my data.

@JioCare Just some great sales from Jio Fibre Farakka. Executive Comes and installs connection informing scheme where we pay advance for 3 months and get 3+1 months. After 3 months when bills are issued, he comes and saya there is some issue and installs another connection 1/2
