But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

The same was disconnected on 12th but the device has not been collected yet and neither the new connection has been provided. No communication and not able to get through the customer care.
