It has always been like this since day one but it has gone worsen, and it's important now to get ride of this and switch to other carrier.

But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.
