But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

The issue is simple: the engineer refused to replace the faulty fiber cable, demanded money, and I continue to face recurring outages.
