@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

@JioCare couldn't watch today's IPL match on JioFiber TV or JioCinema app. It said No Internet connection, which was not the case. Toll free number and JioCare chatbot on whatsapp did not help at all. I was asked to wait for chat with a representative but no one turned up.

@JioCare I told you earlier that in 48 hours he/she would used it. It clearly a common sense thing that i someone recharged my number by mistake,i will be used internet.BTW very disappointed from your service and solution.
