    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

    @reliancejio @JioBrowser @reliancejio From last 2 weeks there is lots issue with your network. Unable to call someone properly unable to attend my classes properly. Contacted customer care but they didn't did anything. Worst network now a days.

    @reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

    @JioCare my jio fiber isn't working since Monday I did 10+ calls then also not a single technician has visited my house I need help immediately No response from call centre

    @JioCare Have some honor before blatantly lying! More than 40 hours without JioFiber internet and still no technician sent. And you send me an email that it is resolved! Horrible service, switching to Airtel, today!

    @JioCare I have raised the disconnection request for JioFiber Trail Plan within a month and your service guy came after 60 days to pickup router due to lockdown. I have not received my full refund. Lodged a National Consumer grievance: 2825285 now #FraudJio #jiofiber
