    @JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    Reliance jio has tagged my email to a customer phone number. I'm not even in India to use their services, despite multiple emails from me to their service team there is no response or action. Seriously @reliancejio, don't you even validate customer activation email.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio on live chat your service advisor is always busy. Im asked to recheck repeatedly or engage with a bot. I raised a service request at your call centre,but you keep postponing its resolution by saying technician is not available.That’s terrible customer service!

    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 11-02-2021 : 13:00:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box. Your Order number is CO000099KWWO. You will receive an OTP from Jio after UNINSTALLATION, please share OTP .

    India no.1 Bad networks @reliancejio. @JioCare network connected full but Internet speed is very bad, so shameful. Customer support is the worst and useless. @JioGigaFibre

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio I am a Mangalore citizen I want jio fiber internet and phone service so visited nearest jio store and they said jio fiber is not in my location it's centre of city . In Udupi it's there but not in main city like Manglre...how shame it is.

    @JioCare I am having issues started from yesterday with network coverage and slow internet. I reached support 4 times. Asked same questions and same responses. “Temporary issues and resolved in 2 hours 18 minutes”. Plus rude behavior on chat. This affecting my work. Can you help
