    @JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m experiencing internet latency on mobile & jiofi since last night. I hoped it to be resolved today morning, but still the network slowness exists. When contacted CC, I was told ETA of 6-8 months to resolve. Is it true? If so, I should stop using Jio.

    @TajinderBagga @JioCare They are also same.. jio care guys don't even bother to respond to any complaints.. It's better take one WiFi of some local service provider atleast they will listen & respond to your problems.

    @reliancejio can't get a new SIM at jio stores, being redirected to voda and airtel. jio not interested in new retail business - only big corporates. if their service is so poor before you become a customer, shudder to think what it's like later! moving to voda instead.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I would like to tell everyone that jio fiber postpaid is not a postpaid it's actually prepaid service in the name of postpaid with little bit different benifit. Beacuse they charged you 1 month advance rental when u book any 3,6,12 month plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio talking about 5G technology when simple card readers and biometric machines are not working at their stores for several days. my personal experience after wasting several days and trips trying to get a new Jio SIM. i'm headed to vodafone now
