    @airtelindia you have to take it seriously I'm also in the same area and facing the same issue such poor quality network. why you're not taking it seriously. If you're not taking it seriously we are ready to move to another network @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare i accidentally recharge my old jio router which I don't wanted to recharge and its been a day now and I realised that recharge was done to old account how can I cancel that recharge as I want to recharge for other router of jio only

    @JioCare I gave several messages. 1.still no green indication in the router. 2. Lots of breaks ( buffer) problems while watching the channels. Your computerised replies won't help. Coming 26th I will get out of your jio- wifi.

    @JioCare How can I rest assured? You are generating bill for these accounts also, and this causing unnecessary expense to us. It has been 2 months. @reliancejio doesn't bother as it is getting monthly charges. I need immediate resolution by EOD.
