worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

@reliancejio @JioCare such a shame and disappointment with jio fibre postpaid connection and service. Advance payment for connectivity makes no sense. Jio should look into the billing method. People would understand the film inception but not jio postpaid billing.CsR is the worst

@JioCare Your executive name Nitin Barade ( 9770902591) & Akash ( 9329913758) they are not even picking up my call. if you invest more time to give resolution that may be more beneficial for you then helding whole day meeting to meeting. all the time your executives are busy in meetings.

@reliancejio I have been trying multiple customer care number but cannot talk to one customer care executive. Possibly the worst customer care service. I have done the recharge mistakenly on the wrong number and trying to contact to get my refund somehow but such incompetency.

@rakshaskitchen Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio
