    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    Hi @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio From 03rd Oc22 evening onwards, We are unable to use Internet due to your server issues. Unable to reach customer support and from Recorded voice message saying about planned maintenance. And to frequently you’re changing the resolution dates.

    @JioCare Pathetic service by JIO Fiber, my internet connection is down since two days and not able to connect a person on customer care no as IVR is disconnecting the call. Humble advise pls rectify the basic service rather then launching new products. Can any one pls help??

    @reliancejio useless customer service I'm not able to even connect to the internet and 5 calls to the customer service executives are worthless. Airtel provides better service than you is this is the way you want to be the best telecom service provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare its been six days since I took a new jio fibre connection. I have been complaining about problems to the local office guy who always says he is busy. Hope you can sort it.

    @reliancejio Worst company ever, dont use it. Took 1500 security deposit said when will transfer the entire amount, now things have changed according to them saying that only 500 is refundable
