worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

@JioCare Very generic response that network quality degraded due increase access but same didn't received from your team @198 & they clearly stated issue exists. It seems Jio doesn't have to work on issues & just asking customers to wait for indefinite time.

@JioCare instead of sms-ing to recharge everyday , please work on your jio call app which never receives a call from jiofi from last 5 years even once when phone screen is off , neither on android nor on iphone , this sim is meaningless for me👎🏻, iphone doesn’t make call either.
