worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

@JioCare Hi Team, I cancelled my Jiofibre connection on 14 Jan 2022, however have not received my refund. Jio engenier collected devide on 20 Jan amd account details were provided by me on the same day. Have followed up with customer care as well, however no response yet
