@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare All I am asking is the time you are coming to fix it in the morning. Not getting an answer adds no confidence to my view of your service capabilities. As I said, yesterday I was made to wait all day with you all changing appointments every now and then !!!

@reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to get refund for fibre connection since 3 months. My Order Number is NO0000HP4BRQ. JioFiber ID is 299858096680. I have written multiple mails to jio. But, no result. There is a Bank account issue.. Which Jio is not solving. Pls support
