  @reliancejio @exploreIMC Gonna flop. I still wonder where is the promised money after we bought the jio handset model 1. You told all th money will be given back after successful 1 yr use of the device. But unfortunately the devices not even lasted for 6 months. Poor quality

  Now agent is not responding calls. The jiostore is saying to visit store physically to get KYC again for changing prepaid to postpaid. What is this service @JioCare A senior citizen has to go through all this. If you guys don't want postpaid customers then stop postpaid plans.
