@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare Hi Chhavi, this area has a monopoly of a certain service provider whose service quality has worsened over the year. A lot of consumers are looking for a change and you guys might as well get a lot more customers than expected, so it would be really great if you guys hurry up.

@reliancejio your network is not working at the 221010 location with landmark of Durhakund area. Resolve the issue as soon as possible. It has 2 days, since even general SMS are unable to get delivered.
