@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

@JioCare Thanks for quick help but i have two recharge now one plan queued, i wanted only one recharge. Did second transaction as my first recharge showed as failed transaction. Ideally i must get my money refunded for second transaction, i hv rights to choose next plan according my need

@JioCare Getting worse. Got a call from an engineer just to check if my connection is working. Nothing rectified till now but Request ID has been closed as per the status shown on app. Horrible
