    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😑. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😀😀

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio from past 3 weeks 4G service in Atmakur Pincode:509131, Wanaparthy District Telangana is very slow, better to say disastrous. Please look into the issue.

    @airtelindia you have to take it seriously I'm also in the same area and facing the same issue such poor quality network. why you're not taking it seriously. If you're not taking it seriously we are ready to move to another network @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    I am frustrated from JIO port service. I recently port my sim from bsnl to JIO on 11 June and SIM also delivered on 15th June. Today 1st July still network is not came. I had call with customer service 10 times. EVERYTIME they provide different solution @JioCare #jio #jiosim

    @JioCare Hello Customer service i speaking to some one i understand that you have supply issue with #ODU units. So the problem is from and with you and not with the installer. Pls rush the ODU unit and then may be your installer would come running. For now send me a email id!

    Dear @JioCare My brother's Jio SIM has been deactivated because it wasn't recharged on time. He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you
