worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio from past 3 weeks 4G service in Atmakur Pincode:509131, Wanaparthy District Telangana is very slow, better to say disastrous. Please look into the issue.

Hello @Airtel_Presence i had opened two service requests regarding poor network and internet issues, and it shows expected resolution date as 2nd June. Why should I wait for 2 weeks when it takes me only a day or two to switch to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare

@JioCare @JioCare But don't you think in this time when everyone is working from home, A simple wire repair needs 48 hours? All these things make me wonder is Jio is actually the ideal service provider.

@JioCare Team ,called cc to report issue with jio wifi. Unstable internt exec says if sp is 100 mbps so its fine tried explaining its Unstable internet. she said sorry sir but we can't do anything. engineer visit? transfer call to any other supervisor.. whats wrong with u guys.

In my experience of an internet user as of now, @reliancejio has shown me the worst customer service one could get. The agents when you apply for services promise you the world but when told to deliver, they stop answering the calls. Request Number- SR00001B1N0X
