I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio. Network equipment installed at the Jio tower in Arain is reportedly being shifted, and it has been more than 4 days, yet the network has not been restored.
