@JioCare Waste network, the subscribers of your network from my home town wanaparthy are facing very poor network and the internet speed is worst than the snail's speed😡. Rename your network from 4G to 2G in my area. #worstcustomerservice #wasteofmydata&money😤😤

worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

@JioCare whenever I go to my village, faces this poor connectivity issue every time even my town is 2 KM far away from the Mobile Tower in plane area. Need permanent solution for the mentioned address- Village Leeli, Laxmangarh, Alwar-321607 RAJ.

@reliancejio If your customer service numbers don't function after 10:00 pm, you should be specifically mentioning this in your IVR and don't claim that your Customer Service agents are available 24/7 to serve the customers. I was served well by being deliberately disconnected.
