@JioCare It has been 25 days since pick up of my device and my money is still not refunded. Why?!Whenever i call to customer care they reply that it will be processed in 7-14 days and it is in process. How long will it take?? Extremely disappointed with the jio services. Worst!

@JioCare Exactly my point. So, why do you close a ticket before it is resolved for the customer. And it is so irritating that you close it beforw even asking the customer. This is a wrong practice. And it should be condemned.

The current airtel line is 2Km away from me so I asked your field agent he is saying that he has requested to extend it. Plz extend it asap.
