    @JioCare My internet speed has been literally slow or dead (you say) since past 6 months . I complained at Jio's customer car a few times and they had the same answer- we'll fix it soon and now I think they have started to ignore my locality's complaints. Solve my problem as soon

I have received misleading status updates, complaints have been put on hold, and I am still being charged for a service that is not being provided. Kindly stop sending automated responses and provide a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare One more surprising and disappointing thing is that JioFiber Service Request No. SR000038OZVJ has already been processed and closed by your team without providing the connection and without obtaining any confirmation from me. Very pathetic services.

    @JioCare I have replied to you today too. Customer care have been the rudest. We have cancelled our membership and the company isn’t paying our refund. Everyday, it is giving a new timeline on the return and customer care isn’t helping. What’s the point?

    @JioCare @JioCare I am still not getting the promised internet speed, and I am no longer receiving any meaningful updates regarding my complaint. Thank you for the "wonderful" experience given to a new customer. Since the issue remains unresolved, I will be switching to another service.

    Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to think twice before choosing JioAirFiber. After taking payment, I faced missed installation commitments, poor communication, and endless follow-ups. There are many internet providers in the market. @JioCare
