    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio - I am traveling to Delhi and will be back after a month. I have been informed that I can’t put my Jiofiber connection on temp hold & been suggested for cancellation. It was biggest mistake to convert from Pre-Postpaid. Kindly help!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia resolution to my issues ever faced by me, but to this their reply was “we are sorry we can’t do anything before 48 hours.” Pathetic service of Jio. Would never recommend anyone to take Jio Fibre connection.
