    @prasadkoparkar @reliancejio @JioCare Good to know, but I guess it makes more sense to buy a traditional mesh system. In my case the extender hardware failed. We have ACT Fiber, they provide terrible routers with the connection but the quality of Connection is more consistent. I prefer using my own equipment anyway.

    @ViCustomerCare is pathetic and irritating , I hv applied for MNP from #vodafoneidea to @reliancejio, getting tortured by @ViCustomerCare and they r so rude and misleading

    No response from @reliancejio @JioCare you have the worst customer care. If the technician is confirmed then why can't the customer care share this person's number? Why can't I speak to a higher up? I have suffered for 4 days and not had internet access. 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio My calls to Jio customer care are getting disconnected every time after speaking to them for 10-15 mins. This is happening with Jio only and there is no network issue or call drop issue. Can someone Pls call me and resolve my issue ?

    @reliancejio i am facing internet issue in my home from past 1 year and your customer care executive keep on saying it will be resolved soon. May i know when this soon will come. I always used to get less than 1mbps speed in this 4G sim. I think you are giving 3g speed in 4G pack
