    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber connection has been down since 22 April. Despite multiple complaints to customer care and escalation to appellate authority, the issue is still unresolved. No engineer visit, no resolution timeline given.This level of service is unacceptable.

    @JioCare I think you guys don't read the message, DM is not working. eNB 3188 is the tower ID, what else you need. Assign a field engineer and have it checked.

    @JioCare Are you even reading my complaint? I said this is a FRAUD by agent Lukman Khan. I DID NOT request this. STOP this unauthorized activation immediately or I will take legal action against Jio and the agent. This is NOT an approved request, it is a CRIME
