    @reliancejio @JioCare I've lodged several complaints regarding poor data speed provided by Jio at my location (620014), but the issue has not been resolved till date since its launch. Now, I don't get 4G data speed yet paying. Pls take immediate action to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare We are without internet since Friday night and despite numerous complaints there has been no resolution. Every day we get a msg saying it will be resolved by 7.40 am next morning. This has been going on since the past 3 days. We are reverting to Hathway as our ISP now.

    @JioCare My concern is, I recharged 999 plan on 23 May and it’s been more than a week that I haven’t availed the service. Are you gonna look into this?

    @reliancejio is it a policy at your end to sell the connection but ensure 0 "ZERO" post sale support? I am literally amused at the way your call center staff replies, when I am repeatedly stating that MyJio app doesn't process the request for relocation.

    @reliancejio - there is no network in Boisar, Maharashtra since morning. The same issue being faced by multiple jio network users. Tried turning the phone off and reinstalling SIM. Nothing works. Please look into this urgently! Unable to make any calls.
