    @JioCare @reliancejio what happen to 4g network. Very slow speed like 2G.many customer are switching @airtelindia for their better services.plz solve the problem otherwise we will also switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare Your team is responding just for the skae of replying. Customer care team clearly mention that only INR500 is deposited but the jio care team is not ready to understand. Worst is that you guys don't have escalation matrix whom I can talk to. This is how u want become no1 player?

    @JioCare I guess there are some fraudulent people who are trying to call as a customer care executive and they are saying to do a top up of Rs 10 and trying to misuse it. They are using any desk software and trying to access to the system. Please check this number +917318202371
