@GTPLHathwayLtd, @GTPL_Care 16717510, you closed this ticket saying resolved in 5 to 6 hours and nothing changed. Are you really want to solve it? Or you want your 7 year old customer to move to @reliancejio ? No one contacted or visited either.

@JioCare No. I have relocated to Whitefield. I gave a 2 weeks notice before relocation and the same was communicated several times to customer care.
