    Jio Fiber service is pathetic, Internet is down in my area almost for 30 hours, No necessary step taken… After lodging multiple complaints no proper response, on top of that your so called engineer’s stop picking my call @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Me and my family are subscribers of Jio from the starting. But from the last 5 months. Volte service is switching off automatically. I have checked with jio store They are not responding properly. We changed our mobiles and Sims. Even though we changed town. But No use

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst experience of broadband services in Belapur Navi Mumbai. Complaint is not being addressed by service team. Service team is highly unsupportive. Rohan and Farukh are contact persons. They are not helpful. Will not recommend Jio Fibre to anyone.
