@JioCare I request a jio fiber postpaid and jio agent book my jio fiber request and take money but after some time connection team say wire length long did not connection jio fiber and my money not refund and team not take any action please help

P.S: the issue is with @reliancejio ‘s system. My friend has cleared all the bills before migrating (I believe thats a basic check to folks do before approving the number porting). I’ll be forced to port if this issue continues.

@JioCare @DoT_India Same problem of zero network repeating after 2 to 3 weeks. It can only be accessed when one is outside the home. This is my third or fourth complaint regarding the same issue, but it keeps on repeating!

@JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio : Pls note that Jio Wifi Mesh Extender is affecting overall netspeed and total crap. When I wanted to return JIO is not refunding, although its not even 10 days I bought. Disappointed 😞

@JioCare The issue was resolved a few days back but now again it is not working. The red light is continuously blinking. I don't know how many days I have to wait now again to get the issue resolved.
