    @JioCare I request a jio fiber postpaid and jio agent book my jio fiber request and take money but after some time connection team say wire length long did not connection jio fiber and my money not refund and team not take any action please help

    @reliancejio I purchased a new sim of jio but jio provide a number on jio sim is already use by other customer because incoming call on my new jio number and ask the old customer names

    @JioCare I am not going to repeat the same story again... last time you guys only issued the services request number after getting all the details...i had ordered Sim on 31st March and now it is 14th April. I no longer want to wait for Sim delivery..please cancel and refund my payment

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
