@JioCare I have Jio Fibre 3m plan. I received a faulty Jio STB voucher that I am unable to redeem in My Jio app. I visited the Store in Salem, TN and they asked me to raise a complaint in Customer Care who then asked me to visit the Store again. Been 2 weeks. Still no resolution

@TadasadHindu @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing the same problem even my nearby area and villages gets jio fiber coverage but they didn't covered my streets very bad by jio center in villupuram they didn't give proper response to me
