@JioCare It's just an SoP, not resolution. I am sitting where Airtel is providing 20 MBPS but Jio all numbers are at 2 MBPS .It's center of Satna .

@JioCare @lpandey2 @JioCare I don't expect any response from your team. Raised an issue of NO/ POOR internet connectivity & customer service says we r upgrading, can't do anything. This situation is from last 4-5 months. Everytime you recharge but there is no internet. I'm feeling cheated by #jio
