    @JioCare @reliancejio I have to inform with great sadness that my number is 7000420660. I have been told to you many times that your network is very bad. You have not been able to solve this problem, so I am changing the number to another network.

    @reliancejio has been the WORST NETWORK PROVIDER in India. I mostly need not @reliancejio internet when in WiFi, but when needed in rare cases, it never gives proper coverage... Internet to door ki baat hai.. Having only 2 signal bars!! SHAME ON #Jio! @JioCare

    @JioCare-From more than 5 months, more than 10 pickups scheduled but no one picking up the Jio fibre device. Also, no refund issue. Done with customer care. Done with email. Let's check what you can do to help your loyal customer.

    Compare this to an instance where my mobile was stolen, @airtelindia support was able to issue a new eSIM and activate all the services while I'm aboard. In fact, Airtel agent called me from India to solve the issue. #regret moving from @airtelindia to @JioCare.
