@reliancejio Dear Team, As per telephonic conversation with your customer care he is trying to solve my internet issue but after 1weeks he is failed, I am tired to service and my last complaint is closed without resolution. If possible solved my concern. please reply ASAP.

@reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

@JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

@reliancejio @JioCare Mobile network for callings and internet is not working at Banaras Hindu University campus since 20 days. Pls take necessary action else big number of students will port out together. We are well versed in mobile configuration so pls don't teach us that.

@JRelince @JioCare @reliancejio There is very bad network inside L B.S.I Airport Varanasi . Network is good outside airport but when we go inside its very bad other Company network like Airtel is working good and Costomer care executive are only giving excuses.
