@reliancejio The Jio store at Orderly Bazar Varanasi is filled with unfriendly staff. Not at all able to help. They r telling un on JIO store to call customer care. My colleague has lost his cellphone. He has requested new sim.But due to DOB difference some issue is coming up.

Disappointed with zero network and no service for the last 10 days with senior citizens being stuck without connectivity. False excuses being given by @JioCare. Story changed from sim replacement to their landlord dismantling tower to now jio’s #5G construction causing problems.
