@JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

@JioCare I hope issue is fixed today. In this age and time, 10 days without fixing internet is honestly unacceptable for any provider. I have called a local technician assigned too from Jio in our area. He once answered by call, assured he will fix next day, never answers call again.
