@JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

@reliancejio The Jio store at Orderly Bazar Varanasi is filled with unfriendly staff. Not at all able to help. They r telling un on JIO store to call customer care. My colleague has lost his cellphone. He has requested new sim.But due to DOB difference some issue is coming up.

@dashy_guy @reliancejio @JioCare I got connection promptly. Now I want to shift connection in same building, but I was told to take new connection. Then came another shocker, telling me the service doesn't exist in your area! They have grown so big that right hand doesn't know what left does!
