@JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

@reliancejio The Jio store at Orderly Bazar Varanasi is filled with unfriendly staff. Not at all able to help. They r telling un on JIO store to call customer care. My colleague has lost his cellphone. He has requested new sim.But due to DOB difference some issue is coming up.

@reliancejio I have a jio phone at my home town at Vill Ramwapur, post pachperwa, Dist Balrampur, UP 27121, but unable to use it due to no connectivity. Hence i have stopped recharging it. Mobile tower is less than 3 km but of no use. Request help.
