Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

@JioCare I have raised a concern on 198 for overcharging on my Jio no. i.e. 8369573548. But even after 48 hours no reply. No complaint no. given to me, no TAT confirm about resolution. Quality of call was awesomely bad.

@JioCare Jio is always ready with excuses of large number of customers, If you raise complaints that internet speed is slow. The answer from jio care will come " we are having large number of customers near your location." And it is not going to fix even after years.
