@JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

@reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

@reliancejio @JioCare Mobile network for callings and internet is not working at Banaras Hindu University campus since 20 days. Pls take necessary action else big number of students will port out together. We are well versed in mobile configuration so pls don't teach us that.

@JioCare extremely unhappy with the fraudulent behavior of your service ream. I've raised complaint with your customer service but no resolution. Your service team lied and sold a new connection with wrong T&C, absolutely behaved like a con team. #feelingcheated.

Mega looters Airtel, Vi and Jio. They never allow MNP ease. Customer have to recharge at least free call option which is above ₹200 after validity has complete. Y not they allow minimum recharge ₹79 or ₹100. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIdeaIN
