Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

@JioCare My jio set top box pickup has been rescheduled 5 times now. No field person has visited my place.I am just getting appointment scheduling calls and then automated calls that pick up did not happen because you were not reachable. This is pathetic customer support service.

I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio
