I have not seen a single improvement in service. JIO is becoming worst day by day. Wasted money on recharging JIO to get better service than Airtel.

No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

Veera Chaudhary (@Veera_Chowdhary) reported@JioCare It has the widest network coverage in India, but the network quality and customer service are among the worst. I’d recommend going with Airtel or Vi I’m just sharing what I’ve genuinely experienced. If you have an iPhone, I personally wouldn’t recommend using Jio.
