@reliancejio The myjio store in Kaggadasapura, Bangalore is less than equipped to handle customers. The manager of the store goes missing for hours, there is only one staff who can't speak anything but Kannada. Further, they do not accept online payments. Terrible jio experience.

@JioCare jio fiber internet dies atleast ones a week,very bad system and the jio app is stupid, it works on internet and needs to be connected to wifi to work but the internet is down. And calling service will get you stuck in a endless loop with the answering machine! Great work
