@reliancejio @JioCare This is getting seriously frustrating, i am facing network issue in my area.complained multiple times.. No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

@JioCare Already did via DM, but main concern is your ground staff availability, they never come on same day which is very frustrating and I don't know how they are fixing the fiber, every 3 months it is creating problem, worst part they expect money to fulfill the request faster.
