@JioCare hey I am from varanasi in the last 7 days we are suffering from the lost network problem. Every 2 hour the network will be zero and after 15-20 minutes it comes after a aeroplane mode on/off. Last 7 days we have 5 connection and totally we are out of mind

@JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio I would like to bring to your notice that I have two Jio Fiber connections: +91-5323555794 in Prayagraj (UP) and +91-8313585097 in Belagavi (Karnataka). I have two set-top boxes issued from Jio on +91-5323555794 in Prayagraj with RSN Nos: RPCSBIG00093230 and RFLSBGGB2009236. The Settop box RSN No.: RPCSBIG00093230 has malfunctioned since 19th July, 2026 and it was seen as Fix Set top box on MyJio app at that time. We tried all the troubleshooting methods but the issue was not resolved.

@JioCare Home delivery of SIM is the most pathetic service by Jio. I did selfcare KYC through their online portal but it's been more than 24 hours money deducted but no confirmation from their side whether my KYC is approved or not and no delivery date given yet.
