@JioCare My home is in middle of city. But my internet speed worst than 2G speed. This problem is since last 6 month. In night speed is even worst than 2G, can't able to open even a single page in my chrome browser.

@reliancejio @JioCare This is getting seriously frustrating, i am facing network issue in my area.complained multiple times.. No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

@JioCare @reliancejio the remote for the STB suddenly stopped working and I raised a complaint. The guy who called me back says I should pay for the remote. This is fault with the device. Why should I have to pay for it when there has been no physical damage.
