Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio why am i facing network connectivity issue from past 10days...so much that i had to buy another airtel sim so that i can work from home. Even your customer service is pathetic where they are unable to resolve my issue.

@reliancejio I have ported my airtel number to jio 5g sim card last month and to my surprise I am not even receiving proper network to make/receive a voice call. Now I am unable to port back to different provider as it is less then 90 days and jio is unable to resolve the issue. SR00001E8BVI
