Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio why am i facing network connectivity issue from past 10days...so much that i had to buy another airtel sim so that i can work from home. Even your customer service is pathetic where they are unable to resolve my issue.

Jio network and internet services are very poor for few days ago. @JioCare Please take this issue seriously and improve the network immediately otherwise many people in my location will change their network in @airtelindia with the help of port for better services. @reliancejio

@JioCare I'm live in marauli new DLW area Jio net speed 2G Very poor speed all time Sir please improve Jio net speed 2G to 4G I always recharge 599 for working, entertainment and study but speed very slow per uses maxminum 500 MB sir please improve Jio network near my areas

Jio fiber service is soo poor my jio fiber has been disconnected on 4 October 22 but till now refund has not been done. Trying to connect with customer support but not able to this poor service,very bad experience i will not recommend anyone for jio fiber.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare It's really sad that you can't understand the above reply and again you did same thing. The problem is not in any perticular area, either i am at home or outside any where in Delhi NCR network strength is good but speed is toooooo slow. Now you get it.
