@reliancejio Very disappointing internet speed in my city and in my village. Not able to download 10 MB app since last one hour. But in Airtel we can download in 10 second. My Village is beside airport but there is also the same situation. very poor internet speed.

@JioCare since it already 1 year passed and no improvement in internet speed so i decided to use jio giga fibre... but i m struggling in this too.. your installation service engg is promising me to install at your home but it already 3 to 4 months passed still no signs of giga..

@reliancejio the condition of jio network in my area from last 8 montj is very very poor. It is very difficult to use internet. I claim more than 10 times to jio customer care but they always told me it will work properly within 10-15 days but still its very bad condition here

@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India I recharged my Jio phone with plan ₹49 through Amazon but that's recharged was failed because minimum recharge amount should be ₹149 for other recharge portals either customer use jio recharge portal for Jio mobile recharge. What's this ❓
