@JioCare hey I am from varanasi in the last 7 days we are suffering from the lost network problem. Every 2 hour the network will be zero and after 15-20 minutes it comes after a aeroplane mode on/off. Last 7 days we have 5 connection and totally we are out of mind

@JioCare Mr bhoopati is not attending the calls intentionally, and other service guy asking to check with customer care,as we are not responsible after sale. If installation needed check with customer service. Inspite of all these headache I would prefer refund.

@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio Jio technician came for service as I was unable to access internet at some places at home. I asked if I could use TP-Link Router as repeater. He said yes. He broke my 15m RJ45 wire by hammering or stretching it too much.
