    @JioCare Fibernet support is non-existent. All they do is ask the same textbook troubleshooting questions though is irrelevant and do not take complaint for frequent internet disconnection or provides fake promise of resolution in 24 hours

    I am pretty much sure Jio will never improve its after sale service. Its Work from home environment every where and 48hr for tech visit. The day airtel will start its fiber services here, I will never use word Jio, my whole life. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia 9988818132, a broadband connection attached to this number is not working from past three days. What type of service you are giving ? There is no pro-activeness and seriousness regarding work. Than you, try to compete with the companies like @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_gigafiber @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fibre not working since yesterday..Complaint given..I just upgraded to 999+tax plan. Including tax it comes around 1200 INR for 30 days and per day Rs.40. So I have given you 80 rups without service. When will u solve it?
