Whenever I call on the customer care no. they give the same response that it's a temporary issue and will be resolved soon. But its more then a year now and i am bothered

    @JioCare Oh, you are trying to call me now? Well, I had to switch to Vi SIM to access internet. If data is not enabled, Jio SIM doesn't work? Why? Why aren't incoming voice being routed via 2G/3G? TRAI has no service continuity rules for these things?
