hi @JioCare you are useless network @Airtel_Presence is running smoothly in our area and jio is closed since yesterday will be closed today also i will port airtel. I have 5 jio sim in family and 2 airtel. jio bearer are working by taking hotspot from airtel.

@JioCare worst customer service i have ever used. Representatives are just not knowledgeable enough to resolve any issues. Just read screen in front of them to no avail. Using the most expensive plan but without any services. #Iquitjio #lack of support .
