@JioCare If there is a Technical reason at your end, why am I being penalised.. Since I've recharged I am unable to use the service. I was aware your team will not be able to resolve the issue in 24 hrs. Neither it will in next 24 hrs. Kindly arrange to refund my money ASAP.

@JioCare Other the the standard replies like this, nobody from Jio have even contacted me so far. Please note today is the 5th days since I raised the service request. In between from Jio side there was an attempt to close the existing ticket and open a new ticket just to buy more time.
