@JioCare Still the problem is not solved and due to this not meeting the urgent work and losing reputation damage I have ported my JIO number to Airtal and if you are not able to solve the JIO fiber problem then I will cancel the fiber connection. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@JioCare Don't you ang time line for it and why are you keep on rescheduling the installation every day if you don't have any picture on resolution. How many more times you are going to change and how many days want me to wait. When took the request for installation planned next day only.

@JioCare you are not able to process my refund for disconnecting jio fiber for 6 months now. Your customer care is not ready to take complaint saying account is inactive. This is how jio treats customers who leave?

@ACTFibernet frustrated with your service. U did not pay electricity bill in my building fr 2 yrs, now my appartment Association disconnected power. Am unable to use internet. Such a Shame on u. Inbetween u both, am getting affected. Am switching to @JioCare
