@JioCare @BandBajaateRaho Recently I ported into Jio and facing this weird issue. No one is able to call me and later I get notification of missed call. I am using e-sim. This is really pathetic service.

Its surprising that #Artificalntelligence as customer support technology is so bad and all the telecom, broadband companies have started using as default option. @JioCare is one such example, where i am trying to open a ticket for non functioning router and its not able to do so.
