    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber is not working and when I'm trying to call customer support I'm not able to get any solution . This problem is from past 3 days please get it fixed.

    @JioCare Is there any system of providing resolution in Reliance Jio or your system just closes the complaint automatically? @trai you should look into this kind of practice followed by @reliancejio I have made multiple complaints all closed same day or next day but still no resolution.

    It's been a 3 days now. My Jio fiber connection is shut down and after raising a complaint customer care service is helpless. Also no engineer visited at my house. Pathetic service Jio. Also i wasted my 3 days data now. Jio is just wasting time and money of mine. @reliancejio

    After going to jio fiber service centre.. service manager is also helpless regrading my jio fiber connection breakdown. No engineer is appointed till now..this is so disgusting. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , My recharge expiry date is today, everytime i observed, on the last few days you slow down the internet speed and I always struggled during these days. Now, also facing the same problem. This is ridiculous. Kindly Stop cheating.

    @JioCare @MIB_India @GoI_MeitY Jio fiber world worst internet provider and worst service looting indian innocent people in the name of giving 5G internet speed..I am using this since one year but not a single day I received even 1mbps speed and I have taken 30 Mbps plan.
