    @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Team how its possible 1.5 Gb plus 1Gb addon data has been exhausted for a minimal use. How is it even possible guys ? The same issue is happening from past few days. 1st I tought i might have used but every day same story. I even checked data usage.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Jio care Not sure why you can't fix a small problem in 2 weeks. It speaks a lot about your customer service. While you are replying promptly Twitter - only for public image. U hv not even raised trouble ticket. If so, send it.

    @JioCare I am already a JIofiber user and trying to get another connection, creating new requests from the website, but no action is being taken. The customer support is also not very helpful. This is a complaint *** request that I expect and want better assistance.

    @airtelindia dear team thank finally I leave Airtel, worst service given by Airtel so I have another 3 SIM that all port in jio @reliancejio thank you for give good service with customers.

    @reliancejio @LucknowIPL No proper customer service. Internet down since yday. Getting different SMS with different days and timings for the engineer visit. Awaiting a refund of an earlier demo connection since 2 months. No proper update. Totally unprofessional service from reliance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing problem with calling and recieving calls on jio sim for few minutes. And this is happening 5-6 times everyday. Solutions given by helpline numbers are not much helpful. Please solve the problem asap.
