@reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

@JioCare I ported my number from Airtel to Jio which was not used for some reason for some reason but now I have put my sim in the phone then it is getting network but calls are not coming or going Neither is it possible to recharge. plz jio help me my number is 9997686434

@JioCare I recently MNP my number to Jio, the day of activation of Jio, within 30 minutes of time the entire data for the day is reduced without using any data for the day. This is how Jio is experiencing their customer. And still I face this issue from Jio.

@reliancejio Same issue faced at Tiruchirapalli around 2:15 pm when I connected. Standard reply is you are in a low signal area. Why Trai allow telecoms to offer services in low signal area. @TRAI

@JioCare 9859944590. Hengerabari, Guwahati. Worst network. I have complained at ur Jio chat. They said it will take 6 months to upgrade it. Come on...6 months.. can you bear it ????
