@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@JioCare I recently ported out of Jio postpaid and received a message my refund would be processed to my account. I updated my account details and a cancelled cheque. I don’t see refund coming in yet , who can help me to get my money back?

Our jio nmbr is hacked. We started getting calls from different unknown numbers saying, they are getting job offer messages from our number .Jio customer care is of no help. where should I report this cyber crime and get the original number restored? @JioCare
