    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    "press 1 to bring jio fiber at your home" and no other option is available. And I also tried calling customer care and they have one answer that is call on 18008969999 for jio fiber and no one is telling me about refund policy. I want my money back. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yes everyone says the same. Yet daily I am being pestered with calls. I guess these are bots auto replying.. anyway I will keep highlighting this on Twitter.. someday it will get the deserved attention.. many people face this same problem..

    @JioCare it's been more than 2 months, I'm stuck with that router of yours? You talk of better rates and better speed but what about customer relations? Toll-free personel are least interested, the backend people are neglecting my issues on mail. What should I interpret this as?

    An absolute unprofessional and disgusting service from JioFiber @JioCare . Firstly, they install a faulty connection, then there's a hassel in uninstallation process and as if this wasn't enough they are not refunding the full amount to me.

    @JioCare I guess that this issue would be resolved, as the social media handlers might have better understanding than the rest of the service personnel I've talked to.

    @JioCare One thing more Jio ppl never call back asking what is a prob etc .. but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its was not same from airtel i always got a call from airtel
