I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

Vinod Bindana (@Vinod_Bindana) reported@reliancejio My internet speeds are terrible with Jio. I pay for 100mbps, but it barely hits 5mbps unless I restart the router, and even then, it only lasts for 5 minutes. I can't even get in touch with customer service or report the issue.
