    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare Okay — How soon? It’s been almost a month and my phone along with it’s software is already 5G compatible. I’m also being able to see 5G Signal under Manual settings.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using ur sim from a long time. Today there is no network in my mobile. When I complaint u said it was close due to incomplete information. I visit jio care they are saying for new recharge and new membership. Why ??? Check direct message and solve it

    @reliancejio its been 9 Hours since the Internet is down in Vile Parle East. The mandatory 2 days Internet disruption for the month has been executed. When can we expect server to be up? Just waiting for Airtel extreme to start service in VileParle East.
