@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio My Jio fiber not working for the past 2 days and no one has contacted for resolution. Customer care keeps re scheduling the technician visits. The promised resolution time is 24 hours. Pathetic. Really disappointed as a shareholder & as a customer.

I'm so much frustrated from jio fibre connection its not working every other day after they fix the issue. I want my modem to be replaced or amy other permanent solution. My work us getting hindered by these kind of internet connection, gets disconnected. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Very poor network calling as well as data speed also in my region UP-East Pincode 273402 for last three months. I have complained multiple times to company customer care executives but they could not take any actions and behave like unresponsibly.

@akhtarkhatri81 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare 3 issues. 1. I am not getting calls. Missed call sms are recvd from jio. But why not calls? 2. Data cycle is from 2 am. Why? In the morning I get sms of 50 percent data used. 3. There is no provision of registering complain or talking to executive on c c no.
