    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare India's fastest internet provider but slowest installation process, after 4 days some fiber wire and a device that's all i have but no internet till now already paid full amount otherwise I will cancel it definitely.

    I have another jio prepaid number which is having internet service working fine. What's the reason that only certain number are not able to access internet and fase excuses of government guidelines are being shared to the customer. @AshwiniVaishnaw @JioCare @reliancejio
