@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

Although many rural areas are connected to internet,some like Laxmipur in Gajapati district of Orissa don't even have network fr calls. 2500+ people reside here.I've tried but haven't received a +ve resp, assurance yet .I request @JioCare @reliancejio to survey & provide coverage

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare There is no sound over voice calls .It happend 5 times on last 6 months. Everytime this problem happend around 7-15 days.From Friday same problem happens. Is reliance started any plan like recharge for 12 months and served for 11 months? #Jiodown #jio
