    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio If you wanted to send me long detailed steps which I have already tried, why did you asked me my contact details. I though someone would call me. Again waste of time. Nobody seems to be accepting that the fault is in your service. Same careless attitude.

    dear @JioCare if you can't provide good network to your users then you have no right to increase prices. I m not able to call anyone from my phone. i m sharing this experience with my friend's hotspot. @airtelindia help me

    @reliancejio fiber support is the worst . I want to change my connection just to my opposite house but they are rejecting my relocating requests because according to them my proofs are not legit , the support staffs are not ready to help . Never should we have a connection !

    @JioCare I requested for new sim replacement but still service is unavailable after replacement. Already did recharge too,but still showing switch off. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio team,I am really sad with your poor iq...because I am repeatedly telling you whole day my jio sim works well ,only after reaching home the jio network becomes zero bars,still you want me to go the mobile shop and get my handset checked?
