@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

very poor after service from @reliancejio. I lost my SIM in other state and looking for SIM replacement but No JIO store helping me around(always say no SIM for other circle). I hv visited 4/5 stores. Even registered complain and even ready to pay some amount.#jio #ConsumerRights

@JioCare Dear team, I am from Bangalore and the last 10 days have had major issues. Not getting calls and not able to call via 4G or 5G. I have raised the compliant, but no resolution. Singles are very poor and fluctuating always. Pls fix the issue (560049)

@JioCare it's highly disappointing that Jio Care team doesn't care to respond to customer complaints nor does the escalation matric has any responsibility to revert to customer escalation even after 15 days of raising the complaint.... How pathetic Jio team can be!!!???
