Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

I'm a @reliancejio @JioCare customer for the last 5 years since from it's launch. For the last 8 months I've been literally begging for the jiofiber and tried all the possible ways. Complained more than 50 times. But the mobile data speeds are staggering these days. Disappointed.
