Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

@JioCare Hi, i called on Sunday, 4:15 PM. Officer name: Sowmiya. I want to add jio set of box along with jio Fiber connection (no 4435569544). When i called officer Sowmiya took my call. Officer was so rude in call the way of talking to customers is not proper.

Currently, my data balance is showing 1.46 GB against 1.5 GB for today. Even though, I am unable to use this data for any activity on internet. It's dead. What happened to JIO. @JioCare @reliancejio . Maximum people moving out from Jio network. Look into it.
