    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiocare I moved from MUMbai to Tanda Ambedkar Nagar UP , I am doing work from WFH . I am Using JIOfi but getting very much difficulty to access internet ,it's my Request kindly help me ,to do my work smoothly . I am sure Jio will help me .

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    What is this shit of slow internet connection I cant understand that jio 4g is like i am using 2g network Please work on your connection and internet facility... i think i should port my jio number @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    .It's 4th complaint on twitter yet i've done many complaint since @JioCare @reliancejio service launch. You says problem will be resolved in 90 days yet atleast 10 #90daysjiopromise term lapsed since 2016 When you going to solve internet problem#Jio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care team is talking all bullshit . I recharge the wifi with 600 for 60 days in dec. and the sales person said your voucher will be generated and the customer care team says voucher generated in April but not generate yet solve my problem

    @CameriRoss @t_u_r_v_a_s_h10 @JioCare I have installed Airtel, and it is working fine. However, my refund from Jio is still pending. I will never recommend Jio to anyone and will consider porting or closing all Jio SIMs in my family.

    @t_u_r_v_a_s_h10 @JioCare Jio is a fraud network. I had a very poor experience with their customer executive. He took ₹2200 from me for a Jio Air connection but never completed the installation and later canceled it. I still haven’t received my refund

    @JioCare It is 1.30pm and you are saying “if within Technical Visit Timings”. Does this mean that your technician works only half a day and today they will not solve this? Really, is this how your customer service works? Nevertheless, they did not fix for past 1 week

    @JioCare Next few hours are not coming from next few months thats why i need cancellation i don't need resolution , complete the process of cancellation for me as i am unable to connect on your customer care number.
