@reliancejio hi team, Can you please increase your signal strength. The phone signal is too weak, we can't receive the calls and messages also. If you call some on I have to come out or go to the terraces then the signal will show one or two poles. Do it ASAP.

@JioCare The same thing happened to me even today. Does your company have no internal communication? Why don't you try to solve the problem immediately rather than delaying it? I've gone ahead and cancelled my registration due to this terrible customer service experience. V Disappointing!
