    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiocare I moved from MUMbai to Tanda Ambedkar Nagar UP , I am doing work from WFH . I am Using JIOfi but getting very much difficulty to access internet ,it's my Request kindly help me ,to do my work smoothly . I am sure Jio will help me .

    @reliancejio I moved from MUMbai to Tanda Ambedkar Nagar UP , I am doing WFH I had taken JIOFi but facing huge network problem, I am not able to connect internet , it's My Request kindly help me . So I can do my work

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio number which is currently showing as "SIM Switched Off" even though the SIM is active and inserted in my phone.I am unable to make or receive calls and messages. Please check the status of my number and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare This issue is still unresolved despite sharing all my details via DM. My installation has been repeatedly rescheduled from 30 Jun to 3 Jul and now 4 Jul, but no one has come. The agent either doesn't answer calls, speaks rudely, or promises to visit and never shows up.

    @JioCare Anyway, I’ve decided to switch to Airtel Fiber. There is widespread dissatisfaction with JioFiber in our locality, and this incident has only reinforced my decision.

    @JioCare These people are just wasting our time by asking same stupid questions which come on self diagnosis of myJio app, I hav already done that! Even after sharing my reg number nd jiofiber number, these people are irritating me with useless questions, annoying! Stay away @jio_fiber

    Hi, My jio air fiber is not working from last 2 days. Have raised complaint over call yday but yet to get any response from any one. Kindly arrange technician visit on priority. @JioCare Have sent mails, talk over call but didn't get any response.

    @JioCare SR000039489L AirFiber has been down since 2 Jul. Today is 4 Jul my complaint is still stuck on outage deducted. No engineer... Your IVR won't connect me to a human. I've renewed my plan and I'm paying for a service I can't use. Is this your idea of customer service?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Since 7 June, I have faced repeated outages, missed engineer visits, and auto-closed tickets. Now the full bill has been generated while my reimbursement request is still pending. Is this your idea of customer service?
