According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

Jayprakash (@jaynaidu87) reported@JioCare Issue persists. I want to discontinue the service. Visited Jio store and spoke with agent but they said it can be done online. Your IVR service does not give the option saying engineer visit is pending which is ever pending. Just disconnect the service.

I have not installed it for showcase it was my mistake to choose #bloody_jio. I should not recharge it for next 90 days.

The mental agony I have had to experience to get this fixed is unimaginable for which the status is still the same
