    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiocare I moved from MUMbai to Tanda Ambedkar Nagar UP , I am doing work from WFH . I am Using JIOfi but getting very much difficulty to access internet ,it's my Request kindly help me ,to do my work smoothly . I am sure Jio will help me .

    @reliancejio I moved from MUMbai to Tanda Ambedkar Nagar UP , I am doing WFH I had taken JIOFi but facing huge network problem, I am not able to connect internet , it's My Request kindly help me . So I can do my work

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio The network completely goes away immediately after the power cut for the last 10 weeks at my location, which neither calls talk nor internet runs. According to which several hundred times have filed complaints on 198 But there has been no improvement.

    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @airtelindia, Presently Jio's 5G postpaid data service is better than your 5G postpaid data service. Now, I am using @JioCare's hotspot from my different phone.

    No one responds to complaints Executives disconnect calls without solutions ,technician demanded unnecessary money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST service experience of my life. JioAirFiber needs to fix their customer support immediately! #JioAirFiber #JioCustomerService @JioCare
