    @reliancejio When Network is converting From 5G to 4G, it isn't going back to 5G automatically even if I am in 5G area, I have to restart the phone everytime it converts to 4G to change it into 5G again.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am trying to get a poor network complaint in my area to get resolved from your official channel chat but unsuccessful. I get 0.50Mbps on your supposed 4G network. Complaint:- MR00014PG0ZC The first email was initiated on Nov 11 2017 unresolved still
