@JioCare I am as a customer very much upset with your way of handling my issue. You are testing the patience of the customer as in you are nit at all worried about it. I have now raised request thrice and yet not resolved. I want my issue resolved to the soonest. Worst experience ever.

Please don't go with the JIO network. I had recharged for the yearly plan and as soon as I had recharged the internet speed had been reduced to less than 500kbps. No matter how many complaints you file. There will be no response. Waste JIO @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

iPhone XS with Jio physical SIM and Airtel eSIM. Airtel coverage is poor, VoWiFi/VoMobile Data works. Jio data speed reduces to kbps from mbps the moment Airtel eSIM is enabled and goes back to mbps as soon as Airtel eSIM is disabled. @AppleSupport @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare Even after clearing the bill dues from my previous operator @airtelindia. My outgoing services have been barred. Have called the customer care yesterday and they have said details have been already updated, ignore the message.

Worst service by @JioCare When net is down they will keep giving dt time and change the same, will not even inform the changed timings You will not have the connection for a week Never had problems like these with others Worst providers of internet
