So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@reliancejio Last month it took 10 days for ur engineers to repair my connection. it's only been 2 months since i took this connection and fibre wire has been cut 4 times. How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

RR's management is sh#t they makes changes rapidly, they should decide a real XI and let them play, learn from their mistakes, execute and play accordingly. @reliancejio @JioCare My 3 months postpaid plan started from 27th Feb. Its still May 2nd. I am asked to pay the bill again. Your customer care people cut the call in between. Bills don’t tally. Pathetic! Can you sort out the issue ?
