After investigation and discussion. I was promised he will refund the amount in 15 minutes by Jio Managers. But no amount recieved.

I was promised that the fraud executive will refund the money within 15 minutes. But that guy has again been playing delay tactics. And I still have not recived the refund amount. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
