Since last 25 days complaining about slow internet speed. Always answered many users are using internet at the same time. That's why this is happening. Purchased bad technology, even TRAI is also sleeping & not penalising jio. @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare Hi, am not able to make/receive calls on my jio sim. It's urgent and the customer care representative asks me to change sim slot always (mob supports dual VOLTE) and this doesn't make sense. Also, I tried all possible ways wit no success. Have DM'd my contact details.
