    @reliancejio @JioCare My 4G connection showing data exhausted in the morning. I have not used any data. All jio connections in our home showing same issue. Your cust care says that so many users are active in area. How is this possible. Can't wait in this critical time of WFH

    @JioCare My whole family using Jio. But since 3-4 days we are facing problem with internet speed. Internet speed is too slow. Please we don't want high-speed network,but at least provide us a good network connection speed. Please do something instantly.

    Respected @reliancejio, not everyone here can use cellular service due to several reasons like money and no resources to recharge. I have a small suggestion to let your users use free services for these 21 days so that everyone's updated with the news and guidelines. @TRAI

    @JioCare I have requested for a JIO sim (porting from #vodafone) on 21/03/2021. Got a call yesterday that the agent will come today at 10AM. It's almost 1:30 and nobody has even called. Are you really this lousy for a new customer? I would go with @airtelindia instead

    @abhaystoic @JioCare I have applied for the connection on March 01, 2021. No installation till date.even for cancellations you have to wait for 7 days to get the refunds. So much delay due to lack on integration between the customer care and technical on site staff NO0000GN0G2D
