After investigation and discussion. I was promised he will refund the amount in 15 minutes by Jio Managers. But no amount recieved.

I was promised that the fraud executive will refund the money within 15 minutes. But that guy has again been playing delay tactics. And I still have not recived the refund amount. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
