Since last 25 days complaining about slow internet speed. Always answered many users are using internet at the same time. That's why this is happening. Purchased bad technology, even TRAI is also sleeping & not penalising jio. @JioCare @TRAI

Hi @JioCare, I was wondering why Jio customer base for broadband is low in Bangalore and got the first hand experience to see why. I've applied for the connection 14 days back and made the advance payment for 3 months as well.
