What is your problem @JioCare ? My preferred communication language is Bangla and yesterday someone from Jio called me and was talking to me in Hindi. Today when I called to customer care by choosing language Bangla but that person from another side was speaking in Hindi.

@JioCare Today electricity went off in my area between 9 and 10am when homenet went down in half my society. Now at 8.30pm still not fully restored, allowing for just slow browsing speed. Need suggestions for other local ISPs
