    @JioCare My parents are in Delhi and have to verify themselves as they have been overseas & now can’t access the internet - as they need to verify themselves but Delhi is in lockdown, there is no one to speak to and they are old and completely isolated. Please can you help ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have taken a work from home plan of 50 GB for Rs251/- on 22 Apr 21. One my daily data is over my phone data just stops working completely and it does not use data from that 50GB plan...I called your customer care on 26 Apr n was told that there was a tech
