    @JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

    @reliancejio Jio you've disappointed me. I thought you have best network. Due to Jio I'm suffering one of the my worst days. SHAME.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

    UPDATE: It gets worse! Reached out to the Jio District offical Mohit for Bisauli for help, and he BLOCKED my number! Local management is openly protecting the abusive engineer (Manoj Kumar). Zero accountability. Is this how @reliancejio treats customers? @JioCare @TRAI #JioFiber"

    @JioCare On raising complaint the time slot is given of tomorrow meaning another 24 hrs. My entire work is suffering. Jio should provide discount or extend validity by 2 days on account of disruption from their end. Just unprofessional & a thug company called Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare This is no longer working. Despite repeated assurances over several days, my connection is still inactive. This reflects a failure to resolve my issue within a reasonable timeframe. I have received promises but no resolution. @reliancejio (1/2)

    @reliancejio Stuck on the Jio Self-KYC page for a new SIM activation! Proceeded to the final payment stage, but the option to redeem a Jio Starter Pack E-Gift Card / Voucher is completely missing from the portal. Please fix this UI issue or guide me on how to redeem it.

    @JioCare The technician has switched off his mobile and nobody seems to know why or where he is. My work has been indiscriminately disrupted because of this. I sincerely need help on this matter. 3 days of disruption is unacceptable.
