@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

@JioCare ,Hey there,I have activated plan which will expire on 6 Jan 2023 , but still not able to call. I have to try 5-6 times to call someone. Because call is just getting disconnected without reaching. Also tried to contact on customer care but they didn't pick up the call.

@reliancejio What a pathetic network you are providing for 4G. It seems like 2G instead of 4G in asalpha ghatkoper. Only you are good at taking money as recharge and network speed and all goes to hell. First provide better 4G network

@JioCare @reliancejio Hey! Jio I ported my 2 Sims to Jio in J&K state and Jio Store Person took Rs.300 for both Sims. He said that you will get a Jio Prime membership on Activation but it's not there. Kindly Help
