    @JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

    Jio network disconnect again This is the problem every day. As soon as the power goes out, the Jio tower in the area is also shut down. The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? Is it normal to close the tower as soon as the power is cut? In today's time, the network has become not just a need for entertainment but also for studies, online work, banking, OTP, emergency calls and everyday. But people here are facing a lot of problems every day. The biggest thing is that this is not a one-day problem, but it has become a daily drama. It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately. The concerned team should inspect the tower in the area and find a permanent solution so that people do not have to face this problem again and again. People are upset.     @JioCare hi again the service engineer has not yet came and my issue is not resolved. and its time already night and my issue is not going to get resolved today. what the worst Customer care @jio have.

    Poor support from @JioCare @reliancejio AGAIN Happened last year. Happened again. Internet gone . Compain 40 hours ago. 1st message was for an engineer visit at around 1 pm yesterday. Changed by Jio to evening yesterday Then showed Engineer is on the way. Then he vanished. Complain paused. I will surely go for another company this year because the after sales services are very poor. Three cheers for Jio .

    @JioCare I’ve had to make 4 calls today just to request for a technician visit for the ongoing network issues I’ve been facing. The first one hung up within the first 30 seconds. The next 3 were just reading off a script with no resolution whatsoever

    @reliancejio @JioCare you just lost a customer today. You agent took money for 100 mbps internet only plan and ur service guy put in 30 mbps with set top box plan. On asking he said clear with customer care.
