Arvind Goswami (@goswamiarv) reported from Bagrāsi, Uttar Pradesh@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

Logan San (@TheAnuraag) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Broadband connection was closed on June 1st week. After much followup, technician visited on 12th June, took the modem and Bank details. It has been 1.5 months since and no refund of security deposit. No one responding on mails either. Amazing scam service!

Ravi sharma (@Ravi_sharma_26) reported@JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this morning (30 July). Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July. I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

And when I want to cancel the subscription it's taking you guys weeks. I have a jio number also, I might churn that as well. Thanks.

I’ve paid for a service I’m not getting, and your team seems perfectly fine keeping my money while providing ZERO connectivity. Is this the standard of service you find acceptable? @reliancejio
