@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

@jiocare It is very difficult to reach your call centre or to reach to human voice...The automated voice keep engaging us without providing the option to speak with your call centre guys. If you cant provide service, no need to promote services????

@JioCare @JioCare this is my complaint no. SR000016WAZ, but no engineer has visited to fix the problem with set top & box & router, it almost more than 2 days but no one has taken action. Worst service by @JioCare don't buy the jiofiber, customer support is very unprofessional.
