Yatender Sharma (@yatendersharma) reported@JioCare disconnected my JioFiber service without my consent, and even damaged the box installed at my premises. I registered a complaint through your IVR on the same day. However, despite my complaint, the local team is acting arbitrarily and has still not restored my connection.
