    @JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

    Pincode on my billing address is captured wrong, i called your customer care & raised complaint twice yet both the times the complaint was marked as resolved with no resolution given. Can’t rely on customer care any more as they repeat the same script over & over again. @JioCare

    @JioCare since today is 6th day of payment and no update on my connection. cannot wait endlessly with full ignorance on updates and no info on getting the connection in a definite timeframe, May i request you to pls cancel the order NO0000KN4TGU & refund the amount.

    Even after 3 days and contacting them on 4th day they tell you to wait for more 7 days so total 10 days i have to wait for recieving my jio Mart cashbak, pathetic customer service @JioCare
