@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

@JioCare Jio technician and customer care have zero knowledge i have a spike in my connection and they are yet to understand what a spike is and keep asking me stupid question and what problem I am facing? Atleast get someone who knows what they are doing .

@JioCare But i think reminder is done once or through SMS. @airtelindia never does these kind of bad reminder tactics. I don't think its good for a person with medical or any kind of emergency to call to hear those reminders even before pack expires. Its not ethical at all @TRAI
