@JioCare I first raised my issue in Oct '21. After that, kept pursuing it at local level through your agents and at Jio store. Nothing happened. Now I've raised the issue 5 days before, here. In my DM your executives keep telling me to be patient. You're services are deplorable.

@JioCare What is the ETA? CS should have ETA and ticket ID for grievance raised by customer. And if you don't have it, means you aren't working on the issue and just waiting for customer to get tired of following up and forgetting about the issue.
