  @JioCare Need an estimate when will the jio fiber service will be restored in our area(AshokaMarg, Nashik). It is down from monday afternoon and its almost 3 days now without internet. I work in IT and require high speed internet for my work which has been (1/2)

  @reliancejio @JioCare hi, if we have 2 active plans in which one is about to end before another. So, why can't we use the internet data of that plan which is about to expire? Because if we can't it then we will loose that internet data. Help me understand it.

  Facing network going off for whole day @sikar & comes for few minutes only when mobile is switched off and than on. No concrete solution or help from @reliancejio , frustratingly ported in jio last month only, have to wait for 90 days period to be over to port into @airtelindia

  @JioCare Dear Team @Dot_India How can you let such pertinent issues just pass on and not look into. From past 10 days I am not getting proper network at my location, which happened all of a sudden. Jio has done nothing till date to improve connectivity. Are we paying for zero connectivity

  @JioCare Its been more than 10 days since I have raised this issue of poor or nil connectivity and still there is nothing done in this matter. Nor your area technician visited the location, nor I was communicated by anyone from technical team. Do you really want me to PORT to Airtel??

  @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 this is big glitch. Seeing the current scenario what's happening around in the country your technical team should be 24*7 available. One can't make a emergency call. Disappoint. @JioCare See you soon!!! Most probably.
