Arvind Goswami (@goswamiarv) reported from Bagrāsi, Uttar Pradesh@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

Arvind (@Kumar9313) reported@JioCare Technician visited and says the wire is broken. I lost the connectivity after a power glitch there is no way the wire is broken. The technician is incompetent and does not know how to fix so he is making excuses and now buying time.
