Hi @reliancejio, I lost my sim card recently and I’m currently not in India. I asked my brother to get the sim. As the sim is registered on my name he couldn’t get the replacement. I can’t travel to India at the moment and I have emergency use with my sim. How can I get new sim.

@JioCare Customer executive was incapable to resolve this issue. He was like “sir ye problem hai to hai, isme hum bhi kuchh nahi kar sakte” After that he asked me to get my number ported to some other operator. Thank you @reliancejio
