@JioCare We called customer support and they were doing nothing,creating ticket and closing it. It seems you don't want to refund. If we tell you guys, we need new connection 100 call and 1000 people will line up, but to this there is no resolution.@JioCare @reliancejio

I have recharged my jio number 7982383798 on 26 nov 2022 but my money had been deducted from my account but my number has not recharged. I have contacted my bank for it and they are saying that payment had been made from their side but the problem is in jio end. Help @JioCare

@JioCare Hi team,we didn't hear anything from ur customer support. firstly they didn't transfered the connection and then forced us to cancel and said team will come for device pickup. He/she will take details where refund will be made. So tell us how and where I am supposed to fill it.
