@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

@JioCare first time I reached out to customer care and had a horrible experience. No transparency, pathetic customer service. I can't even cancel my jiofiber connection without companies will. Please cancel my connection and refund the plan just got activated today.

@JioCare @rajankgupta I was trying to recharge using jiomart cashback. I selected the option of payment was upi and i did not enter anything and use back button to cancel. But my jiomart cashback was deducted without recharge and not credited yet. This happned in morning 11am.
