@JioCare A jio tawar is installed in Vill- Barahana, Dist- Bulandshahr UP. Even 100 mtr of tower we are not able to connect with network when electricity gone. Generator is not operating at this location please look into it.

Hammble request to @reliancejio and @airtelindia if you don't have particular box for fiber so, why your marketing guys come and book the connection request. And taunt us for money. Really bad services from India's big companies. Kisi ko pareshan karne se aacha na kahana hai.

@JioCare Our Jiofibre services are down since yesterday 12pm. We have registered a service request SR00001BY13D. Your engineer was supposed to show up yesterday 15:00 but did not, then today at 11am did not, then 4pm again did not. Already called you 4times.

@JioCare @reliancejio - Installation of JioFiber connection Order Number CO0000NAYKZ5 still not even after 5 days of confirmed request. Switching to Airtel data connection, very dissatisfied, disappointed. Poor customer service!!
