    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently ported from Jio to Airtel. However, Airtel service is pathetic. Internet is very slow and now I regret to port from @reliancejio . Pathetic customer service as well. I raised multiple complaints and they say that SLA of recent one. #pathetic

    @JioCare my issue is not getting resolved since 16 Jan, i have opened couple of tickets and every time visit is rescheduled but representative is not visiting and they are closing the tickets without resolving it.Ticket# SR000013PTWZ, SR000013QQ79, SR000013R75S.

    @himanshu3006 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue. They even close the service requests without any resolutions and customer care won’t tell you why it was closed.

    Pathetic service ever seen. My JIO number barred from last 16 hours due to credit limit breached. Have made the payment but still the outgoing have not been started. Have called customer care 5times but no resolution @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima #worstpostpaidplanservice
