@JioCare Absolutely poor service, Useless IVR in 198 and no one picks call after selecting an agent. Paid for a whole year of re-charge so stuck with your poor service and no data connectivity

@JioCare Your customer care executive has wrongly adviced me to go for recharge with 999 and i shall get the subscription of amazon prime. I did the same but amazon prime still not activated
