    Hey @JioCare I am very troubled by choosing your sim. recently I had port my airtel no to jio.but the problems is same ,either airtel or jiyo. Why in night net is tottaly stuck. It gives speed 1 k।b or 2 kb .What is the problems behind this problem,in morning at the same place

    @reliancejio why are you not improving your service in my area..i complained week ago for my problem and you told me that you will improve your network, but i m facing lot of problems in accessing my internet between 6-10pm..Please do something.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it has been months escalating the issue for non availability of network at my locality but jio never contacted my on my number.They ask to DM the registered no. and once you DM they forget about this complaint. I think it's best time to port to a diff netwrk

    @JioCare Started this thread on 6 May & had no resolution still. There have been 3-4 diffrnt complaints since with no support from customer support as usual. Not only Jio’s service is bad, it’s customer service doesn’t support too. Switching to #airtel back. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team, No one returned back on the concerned raised. I have given all the required details over DM to address the issue unfortunately no update on it even after 7 days. I have to explain the issue again and again Every time I DM to know update on my issue.
