    @JioCare @reliancejio : After so many escalation received same reply from last 3 years by network team, My location is not adequately covered by network. This is rare as we have very few area pockets not covered. Nevertheless, I have made a note of your request .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Increasing price is not increaseing network quality. today I have faced 10 call drops and internet quality is very poor day by day. improve it otherwise switching is my second option.very poor service #poorjioservices #mairwalocation Contact- 9801534177

    @reliancejio why are you not improving your service in my area..i complained week ago for my problem and you told me that you will improve your network, but i m facing lot of problems in accessing my internet between 6-10pm..Please do something.

    @JioCare (1/2) Hello Jiocare, We are facing slow Internet speed from 6pm to 11pm since last week . Could you please get it fix this from your network site. I tried to reach Jiochat but very poor customer representative just closed the chat even after providing the response.

    @JioCare @fairoos1216 Jio is not 4G speed jio only provided 2G speed, very poor quality network coverage and internet speed.

    Hey @JioCare I am very troubled by choosing your sim. recently I had port my airtel no to jio.but the problems is same ,either airtel or jiyo. Why in night net is tottaly stuck. It gives speed 1 k।b or 2 kb .What is the problems behind this problem,in morning at the same place

    @JioCare Started this thread on 6 May & had no resolution still. There have been 3-4 diffrnt complaints since with no support from customer support as usual. Not only Jio’s service is bad, it’s customer service doesn’t support too. Switching to #airtel back. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team, No one returned back on the concerned raised. I have given all the required details over DM to address the issue unfortunately no update on it even after 7 days. I have to explain the issue again and again Every time I DM to know update on my issue.
