    @JioCare Paid ₹3182.46 for JioFiber on 27 Feb. No installation, no service. Only ₹961 refunded, ₹2221.46 still pending. Multiple follow-ups, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Expecting immediate refund.

    @JioCare @JioCare Issue is still NOT resolved. This is not a one-day issue — I am facing this problem daily on the CSMT–Kasara train route. I am not raising a complaint without reason. Your “network optimal” response is incorrect. The issue occurs during train travel (mobility), not at.

    @JioCare either you are too smart or too dumb. You are smartly trying to avoid the issue. There is no option for rescheduling to before 26 April. No option to select date or time slot.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out
