@JioCare you're the worst ISP provider. I have paid for my jio fiber new connection on 3rd Feb and today is 14th and still haven't got the connection. The person that booked my connection stopped responding to my calls.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio May I know my fault of opting jio services in one of the post paid plan. Why do I need to pay for this when this issue is happening since I joined jio plan. Why didn't I recieve good sim chip. Why should I pay on sim change. Please let me know my fault sir.

@JioCare @reliancejio paid in adv 3 months subscription,after 2 months when Amazon prime not working CC informed your prime subs was deactivated same day when you logged in. Transferred to another dep.then disconnected, No reply on email. Cheating and worst CC.
