@JioCare Shraddha, please read the issue carefully. The engineer HAS reached multiple times, but the material/Odu is NOT WHITELISTED in your system. Rescheduling visits won't help if the backend isn't updated. Escalate to the provisioning team to whitelist it. Stop the generic replies!

@JioCare Jio recharge feels like a complete waste. Internet barely works, and even calling or receiving calls without WiFi is a struggle. Despite complaining for months, nothing has improved. Paying fully, but getting zero service. #Jio #PoorService

@JioCare Still no resolution even after the engineer visit. He told that it will be activated after 30 mins and it’s more than an hour. Wifi is not showing in any of my devices.
