    @JioCare thank you for the update. Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.

    @JioCare How many times , you all want to apologise, its been 20 days and you are still escalating it and saying you are on it. What kind of customer service is this ? You should have resolved this first and then should have responded with resolution and apology for delay but this is odd.

    @JioCare Hi, As advised , I have taken up the matter with hdfc credit card team . In this regard, in order to enable them to take further investigation, they require the confirmation from JIO Team they are not in the receipt of the payment. Kindly help.
