Hemu 🚩 (@hemanth2peddir1) reported@reliancejio I request Jio to also improve the customer support response time and service appointment handling, so that customers don’t have to wait or reschedule multiple times for a service issue. Hopefully, going forward, customer complaints and service requests will be handled faster.

This level of service is unacceptable. I would rather **switch to Airtel Xstream Fiber** than continue with Jio.
