    @JioCare shame on this level of customer service. you happly collected the payment, completed KYC, and then disappeared. its been 6 days, not a single call, not a single update and customer care is nothing but an useless IVR loop. visited the jio store only to hear: "there is no stock... wait for 15-17 days. your money will be refunded automatically." if there is no stock, why r u accepting bookings, collecting payments and completing KYC? why make customers block their money as well as time for weeks without any service? this is not a delay. this is a complete failure of customer services. either prvide the service immediately or refund the amt. i expect a solution, not another automated response.

    representative spoke to me. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication and a genuine effort to resolve my issue. I request @JioCare to look into this matter, arrange a replacement for the faulty remote if required, and ensure better customer service. Kindly resolve

    Dear @JioCare, My @jio_fiber refund for Order No. NO0001E8J7L0 has still not been credited, even though I received a message stating it would be auto-credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Could you please check the status and help process the refund?

    8 days after @jio_fiber installation, connection is still not activated. Paid ₹2,222, called multiple times, and emailed support—no response. Order: NO0001ELGGVQ Please activate my service or process a full refund. @JioCare @reliancejio #CustomerService

    @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins
