    @JioCare Don't know JIO fiber waiting for which auspicious moment to attend my complaint but make it very clear to that I will not get refund whether my connection is working or not or they will not attend

    @reliancejio Every morning around 6 AM, my Jio internet is completely down. The speed is so slow that I cannot even open any UPI app. I am unable to make any online payments during this time. Please resolve this morning network issue immediately. @UPI_NPCI

    Automated reply by @JioCare , bogus links and no engineer assigned after 8 days. Seriously feel cheated by @JioCare . Would not recommend jio fibre to anyone. Feels like talking to a wall. Would file complaint with National Customer forum if not resolved today.

    @JioCare It's been over a month , still I am waiting for resolution. What do you think that we have only time to tweet for you , if you are unable to provide service then say it loudly. Refundt the amount and refund the last billing cycle remaining amount too.

    @JioCare @JioCare I posted yesterday but still no installation. Now the service ticket you created is also closed without any resolution. This is highly unprofessional. I have waited around 20 days with daily follow-ups. Please cancel my order immediately and initiate the full refund.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @FibreJio no internet service last four days... No more service replies from your side.. Still the engineer was not assigned.. Area incharge engineers are also not attending calls... Don't say to DM my mobile number...Suggest me a solution.
