    @Sasank48224544 @reliancejio @airtelindia Best example! Same is the case with Jio in Pune. I remember Tata Docomo and Aircel offered 2G (Edge) internet, it was much faster than what Jio offers as 4G. Hey Jio, why not label your network directly as 6G instead of 4 or 5G. DoT won't utter a word against you anyway

    Although @JioCare's network , data speed and prices are better than competitors, the customer service seems really bad.. I have raised couple of tickets 22 days back, still no resolution. Just getting the same response again and again without any resolution.

    I was shared my personal information like aadhar card copy on twitter for your requirement to solving my problem but your customer executive called me and said that he doesn't know about my problem and called randomly without case study. Frustrated me😭 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I always have to select the carrier manually all the time... It has happened a week ago and again its happening today... @oneplus Do u know if there is something we need to make some changes in setting to fix this issue...

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Our society have network problem, Can you provide any solution with any device, So that we can switch from #RelianceJio to #BhartiAirtel. In the National capital such bad network facility from top two mobile service provider is not acceptable.
