    Complaint was registered on 27th and engineer visit was scheduled on 28th.But no one visited and when I called customer care today they tell us the service request is closed. Worst service! @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @reliancejio The worst mistake of my life is I switched from Act Fibernet to Jio, I've been facing internet issues and I called customer care several times, I am Being told a service engineer will visit my place but my service requests are being closed without calling me

    @JioCare have spent an trying to speak with a jiofibre customer care executive. Seems to be impossible. Only recorded nonsense available. Even tried your whatsApp number. Again same dumb pre recorded replies. Can you suggest a way out ?

    @reliancejio Customer care is disconnecting calls after taking money. I recharged with 1299,money has been received by jio but no credit.I need complaint number.
