    @DitsuSom @JioCare @JioCare provides fast network but their after sales service is so poor. Have been waiting for a technician to come at my place since ages but they just keep on sending messages that we will visit in X time and keep increasing the time each hour.

    @JioCare Service Request Number SR000018EKCG had not been updated yet. As always a horrible experience to get things fixed. Waiting since ages for resolution. Pretty sure I will be tweeting the same issue for next 2-3 days ,I trust your pathetic service

    @reliancejio @JioCare we've purchased Jio mobile with 2 year recharge plan 6 months ago from @tenali jio store and recharge hasn't been done yet. The executives aren't responding properly and making us visit store again and again for no help.
