@reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with service response of Jio in Bhubaneswar. I have ordered for a STB on 15 Oct and till date neither has it been installed nor is there a call to confirm the order and schedule delivery. Seems the idea is to only gain cx, then ignore cx.
