@JioCare Need urgent help in fixing my jio fiber connection issue. Service is down from last 4 days. Service request SR000015FAWZ was raised on monday 21st June. Since then no follow up was done from jio to address this request. Called customer care multiple times, not helping.

@reliancejio There is no engineer, no online technical help, no senior advisor with whom I can speak and resolve my issue. I have spoken to 3 representatives and none could help me. All they can do is push my resolve time further ahead.
