@JioCare If your customer wants to enjoy seamless services he/she would recharge after the expiry, why have customer's money 1-2 days before!? So many users paying for recharge 1-2 days before actual expiry seems to financially benefit only jio. #jio #jioservices

@JioCare I hv recharged my no 9868469900 on 30 Nov 2022 for Rs 2121 it is valid upto 1 Nov 2022 but my data internet is not working since yesterday but calls are going on. When asked from customer care they Saya my.plan is over. How it can be when jio app is showing upto 1 Nov22
