But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Customer care told complaint cancelled...really..without resolving?? That's how its manged to show resolution within time? Now new complaint has been raised.
