@JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

@JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

@JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber services are getting worse day by day. Each month the internet service gets disconnected frequently and I have to raise a service request. The service agent comes and fixes everything. The same thing repeats next month. Irritating.

@JioCare Have a jio fibre connection and was promised a better modem prior to installation. On installation received a smaller one and till date there is no upgrade on the modem and its not working from 3 days! Your agent says you can cancel if required. Thank you
