    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare please install network boosters inside office buildings of Manyata Embassy Business Park, Bangalore because here we are getting very poor network connectivity. Airtel already installed their Network boosters inside our office building.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare We have requested for a new Jio Fiber connection two days back and paid 6 months amount. Also they have given the scheduled date 5th april but still it is not happening Order Number : Order : NO0000P4YXDU We are very disappointed and it's a really bad experience.

    @JioCare I am struggling with your jio fiber service, over the last mnth or so der isn't a day wen the con was good. Since mrng I hav intermittent issue and ur cust care ppl just make make reboot the modem n say issue is fixed. Issue is not fixed n some1 has to chck dis properly
