    @JioCare What is the status of service request no SR00001F1JT4.already I DM bank statements requested by jio. Only 500 rs refunded so far. When will jio refund the remaining 1000rs paid as installation charge?

    @JioCare How can I get an address proof on my day 1 at my new place? If this is the way your app works then I better choose a different network than going with relocating my JioFiber

    @jiotvplus unhappy with the service. Everytime I open the app it's asking for the sign in. Already have complained numerous time @JioCare got no response and issue still persists, if not rectified asap then probably will be forced to switch to other service provider.

    @warikoo If @reliancejio provide network availablity, then I will talk to my mother. But it is very sad that @reliancejio network is very worst, and can not perform any online tasks these days.

    @JioCare Why would you need a POA or POI for an existing customer who has already submitted one when taking the connection? Let's assume you still need it, then what's the point of POA if the address is different?
