@JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

We don't have a proper @ideateli @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

@JioCare Nothing were shared on the call. You only said we are working on the issue. Same will be settled soon. I don’t understand how reliance company is taking so much time in One box installation on the poll. My connection is delayed due to port is not available on the poll.

Worst service from Jio. I have been using Jio fiber for the last 7 days and this is the 6th time i am facing the same issue. For the last 4 days my connection is not working and even after raising a complaint it was not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio By the way, despite the appointment of contact sources and officials for problem solving in the Telecom and Regulatory Authority in the country, they do not solve the problem, like internet facility is not available even though there is data.

@JioCare good u have lost interest to sell ur wares. Wanted to buy jio extender for WiFi. Friday slot given for install. None came. Later getting false messages of reschedules "on my request' I never made. Called a local shopkeeper who installed another brand in an hour. Enjoy!

@JioCare Team your engineer +91 96589 87272 is calling and giving false reasons and asking us to cancel the services and customer care is not ready to cancel the connection. We are tired of this follow up, you can't manage your engineer and not even cancelling the services #Fraud
