    We don't have a proper @ideateli @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    JioFiber is installed at my house (duplex). I currently get the wifi signal only at the bottom part of my house where the router is installed. Can I get an extension so that there is wifi available at the other part of the house? @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @Airtel_Presence issue with the sim and you want us to go to a nearby store with all documents to change it? When @reliancejio delivers sims home for free. And you charge me 1000 a month for the post paid service? What premium service is this?

    @JioCare I purchased a new jio number in April 2021 and it hasn't been used in a handset in just last 2-3 months max, now it shows no network in a handset while it still shows "Jio 4G" and the "Lost SIM login" page of your website says "The number you entered is not a Jio number"

    @airtelindia your service has gone from bad to worse. My international roaming has not worked for 48 hours. I've spoke to 3 different people and nobody gives a damn about resolving this. And you wonder why you lose customers to @reliancejio? Complaint #31-39-48-80-99-11-697.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio's after sales service is terrible. Also the installation personal Shubhomoy Mb:8910829680 is fraud. HE didn't provide the remote & HDMI cable along with the box. When we contacted him, he blocked us.Please help. Our order no NO0000KBHVF1
