    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Issues with Jio net since this afternoon. Tried multiple restarts, took out the Sim and re-added. Just not working at all. Location is Sanquelim, Goa. Please check

    We don't have a proper @ideateli @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

    @JioCare ,I have called the JioFiber support 5 times, Tweeted twice, replied the DMs on X, My issue still not resolved at this point just returned me my money I recharged 3days ago just returne that money back you are of No help! I also missed my World Cup day 1 because of you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    @JioCare @gaikprashant @JioCare Myntra refunds are much faster. Airtel customer service is also far better. JioFiber keeps delaying refunds and making customers wait without clear answers. Very disappointing experience.

    @JioCare Day 14 of complete JioFiber outage. At this stage, the issue is no longer the technical fault but JioCare's astonishing lack of accountability. Two weeks without service, despite advance payment, reflects a complete disregard for customers.

    @JioCare facing issues with jioairfiber since the installation day. Nothing fixed after multiple visits over a month as well. Now when I'm trying to cancel my connection why aren't you giving me a refund when the problem is from your end??
