    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Not receiving sms when preferred network is LTE/4G but receiving when it's 2g only. Facing this since last 20 days. Porting to @JioCare tomorrow. Did 2 complaints, marked resolved by u without resolving it. My WFH is ruined by VI.

    @DoT_India Sir🙏,Happy to 👆👀👂that,hope for NA but the actual condition of internet speed of the @JioCare is too slow as I had never expected prior to recharge, it's happening from past 6/7 months earlier it was atleast workable but now😠as it's not a free service, I've paid for that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team - how many days do I need to chase the reuqest for reverting suspension? I am getting std copy paste response from your team. No way to talk to customer care. I am stuck with Jio for 1.5 more month and then porting out is a definite route.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare , i have internet problem at my location. Your network is okay but internet is slow i call for cust. But they call me,it take time to resolve approx 6 to 7 months. 3 days later i have mine online exam plzz do something..🙏🙏🙏

    Dear sir the jio network is too bad in village kataiya dandi bargarh chitrakoot uttar pradesh pin code 210208 . jio tower is about 2 km away from my location but only 1 or 2 point network found that is not sufficient for calling . Please helps me .#jiocare ,#MukeshAmbani
