    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio You are providing services in those areas where already many companies providing same service like big citys. Whts your plan for ruller area where nobody is providing any fiber service. Every indian network compny is clashing in same areas

    @JioCare Team it's been more than 10 day's still you need time? Not sure what you guys are doing it's not a small amount 10,000 rs. Now i feel I would have stayed with Idae n/w instead of switching to JIO. No support from customer care nor from social media support.

    @JioCare I think you didn't get me. I don't need any help from @JioCare . Rather I need an answer to a simple question. If the plan is valid till 27th Jan, why @reliancejio stops the outgoing/data services at midday (2PM) of 27th Jan, instead of midnight(00.00AM)? Is it your new rule?

    @JioCare i have a internet speed issue daily after 7 pm. Day time its working fine. i tried to call customer care but every time executive saying" currently system not working so can not do anything so call after some time. " So let me know when you have your system working. 😠

    After talking to Hp support team and looking out for solutions I figured out that I can get my mac id from the service provider where my laptop was connected. @JioCare Can you'll guys please connect with me ?
