    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    We don't have a proper @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

    We don't have a proper @ideateli @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Issues with Jio net since this afternoon. Tried multiple restarts, took out the Sim and re-added. Just not working at all. Location is Sanquelim, Goa. Please check

    Hi @JioCare I 5g is not working on my Samsung #s20fe5g with my registered sim. Again I am getting 5G on my phone with the SIM which is registered with some other 5G device. This looks like some issue in detecting the device. Could you please look into this. Note- Airtel 5g works

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @ambani V lov d way Jio is changing our lives but at d same time Jio should set benchmarks in customer satisfaction vch unfortunately is otherwise. It has become painful 2 speak wid c support who r dropping calls left right n centre. Pls look into it.

    @reliancejio I contacted to customer care...they told reason being block my numbers is they are not active numbers...and the joke is on those two sims at least every day i get around 50 calls and 100 sms each
