  @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

  @JioCare Your team asked me to DM my details, which I did immediately. It's been 2 days and there hasn't been a single acknowledgement or update. If this is how you handle customer complaints, then asking people to "DM us" is just a way to make the complaint disappear from public view.

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber I hv your fibre connection which isn't working since 2 days, I requested an engineer visit which was scheduled today but no one either come or called. This is how you treat your customers ? Pathetic service. Going to uninstall your router and airfiber.

  @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho raised SR00003C3RZN on 24 Jul. Engineer visit keeps getting scheduled but ticket closed w/o fix Reopen - same engineer → no‑show → reassigned again. Why this endless loop? Still unresolved after days. Very poor & unethical service. #CustomerSupportFail
