@JioCare @reliancejio Very Pathetic Download speed at my home. Not even a speed of 2g network. Earlier it was ok but now not able browse anything. @airtelindia 4g speed is around 23 Mbps where as Jio network speed is 0.32 Mbps. Please solve the issue asap. Or

@TRAI Sir I belong to Sasaram city of Bihar. Here most of the people are using @reliancejio SIM card and most of having 3 months plane I’m using 1 year plan that cost 2999₹ . But the internet is not working at all since 2-3 months #jio Cust service Not responding at all.

@JioCare @reliancejio My mobile has been stolen, in it the sim of Jio number has to be closed because it is linked to my bank account, I have called Jio customer care many times. No positive response yet

@JioCare It's 4th time in 4 years I am complaining about such a bad speed and service in my area. But nothing is done only increase in plan prices are taking place. Look at it why #TRAI is not taking action in this. Is this customer support?
