@JioCare @reliancejio Very Pathetic Download speed at my home. Not even a speed of 2g network. Earlier it was ok but now not able browse anything. @airtelindia 4g speed is around 23 Mbps where as Jio network speed is 0.32 Mbps. Please solve the issue asap. Or

@NetMeds @reliancejio Order ID 16437021979010447M 3/3 sub order has not been delivered and marked as delivered incorrectly. 2 days back raised complaint I'd -6443025173 and I was promised to get medicine delivered at address . On followup ur reps disconnect the call fix ASAP

@JioCare is there any person responsible for service in jio? My connection has been out from the past 50 hour, 3 engineers have visited my place , yet my issue is not solved. @TRAI /GOI agency has any guidelines on customer service? Or jio can take prepaid customers for a ride?

@JioCare Hello.After 2 days of no data outage,why suddenly so many ad is popping up, even when while scrolling whatsapp twitter or Facebook, while seeing gallery. It is irritating n a utter nuisance. Kindly take note of it and immediately remove the continuous ads.
