    @JioCare @reliancejio Very Pathetic Download speed at my home. Not even a speed of 2g network. Earlier it was ok but now not able browse anything. @airtelindia 4g speed is around 23 Mbps where as Jio network speed is 0.32 Mbps. Please solve the issue asap. Or

    @airtelindia jst because I have Airtel no. M gonna miss my chance to get into a college as m nt able to call any where or anyone that too when various counselling process going on .. I wish I had used @reliancejio number in the forms..... WORST SERVICE

    Dear @excitel_rocks I am writing you because i am fed up. Your costumer service response is the worst. Its been three days and no progress on my complaint. I wish i had @reliancejio or @airtelindia . Their costumer service is very fast.

    Don't cut n paste and send me the replies each time. I have noticed these replies same words. No action from the service provider. Really pathetic. Is there a higher official whom I can approach. Customer agents not able to solve the problem @JioCare @reliancejio

    My internet is down from last 5 days. I've called the customer care n no. Of times but no resolution. And every time they say that request is put on hold by the customer only. Only lies and false promises they got. @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare Wow what a service by jio great job by rescheduling my request to 13th October.. Raised request on 5th and now it's been 6 days and you are not able to relocate one connection.. shame on you#fraudjio

    I am a student who recently moved to London to study. I have a Jio sim and there's no network here. I made an international roaming recharge of 575 for one day, yet I am not getting any network SMS. A lot of important work has been stuck due to this @reliancejio @JioCare
