@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio Very Pathetic Download speed at my home. Not even a speed of 2g network. Earlier it was ok but now not able browse anything. @airtelindia 4g speed is around 23 Mbps where as Jio network speed is 0.32 Mbps. Please solve the issue asap.

@JioCare I am from Hyderabad and I requested for jio fiber on Monday the team visited my premices and they said technical problem to make a connection but it will be fixed on next day and they'll make connection ,from that day to this day no one responding regarding this.

@JioCare Sent. Hope it really works in a timely manner; rather than just a formality on the social media. No one has so far turned up despite Service Request number SR000016BMXX. Connection was not set up properly in first place. One of the worst teams of Jio agents!?

@JioCare Thanks Karan for the assurance.We all are heavily dependent on internet for our work. Location is neither somewhere deep in Himalayas nor inaccessible to location engineer. Why the delay? While Jio competitors are taking hours to resolve the issue, here it's been 3 days.

I'm really pissed with @reliancejio recharge reminders... They call me 3 times just to let me know my postpaid bill will be due in 3 days... Are bhai dal duga recharge ... Aisa he annoye telenor ne kiya tha sim he change kar diye.. worst experience.

@JioCare You will do nothing as I have been raising this issue for last 1.5 yrs on behalf of around 200 user in #KalyanPlazaAnnex #Kuha 751002. Your Service Team members are also not bother about valued customers. Send your team and get the issues addressed rather than irritating us.
