@reliancejio @ukcmo We are in Kerala and in my area even 4G service is not good since last 5 years. Such being the service, now they are promoting 5G. To whom. First arrange to rectify 4G then go to 5 or 6G. Nonsense JIO SERVICES.

@JioCare I am getting message from you require me that whether I am enjoying your sim. Since there is no provision to reply as willingly you have not provide such things as you know the reason. It is utter failure as I could not get down loading or no range.

@JioCare very bad coverage and no rectification from JIO. Whenever taken up the matter they ask some questions and finally says your area is covered well. My experience for the last 5 years from JIO is mentioned above. I have surrendered 3 JIO due to this.

@JioCare why you people giving troubles to customers by not giving proper services. I am fed up with you and already surrendered 3 jio connection. Left only one and depends for net through Railnet. Your ranges is very poor in my area and no action from you.

@JioCare if you provide 5G or 6G you can not satisfy the customer as of now I am not getting in my area range of JIO. Cheating customer is your motive as far I am concerned as I am facing the problem for the last 5 years without any improvement.

Vidhyanagar & Karamsad are city in Anand and connected to posh areas bjt here there is a very weak network connection of @reliancejio I can't even send the msgs. Have to use others hotspot. After many complaints there's no improvement. Terrible @JioCare
