    @JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

    @JioCare @TRAI Pathetic service from Jio. I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.

    a part of Jio family since October 2016. Since the day i've moved to Nehru Nagar again can't even surf the internet properly. Even though the network is full. Max. download speed is <100kb. @JioCare Customer care executive gave me the same reason they gave a year ago.

    @JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

    @JioCare I am resident from Sector 2 Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad pin code 201005 my complaint to #jiocare is regarding network issue that I am facing in this area as there is very weak network and unable to make calls and surf on internet kindly do anything regarding this problem.

    Just replying, please check your credentials, May I have one doubt is there any other options for logging into an app. Now I have been moved into @airtelindia to @reliancejio for the worst #safepay option. Looks like it's a fraud and baseless security option. @Airtel_Presence
