I wasted full day contacting jio in every possible way. Finally i got reply that i have recharged my number for a jiophone plan. And they wont do anything.

The customer service is the worst. 20+ calls since 3 weeks, still no Engineer assigned, you guys just close the ticket. You don't even check if the issue was resolved or not. Horrible!!
