    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Really bad service from @reliancejio Fiber. I was requested for cancelled out my connection before 2months and there is no one coming to pickup device even after submitted so many complaints. if you @reliancejio dont want to pay my security back then tell me in simple words.

    Dear @JioCare Sad but true that u r following the foot print of BSNL👎 in simple words u've proved to be more worst & unreliable than BSNL in too short time. When we're already trying to cope up with your SLOW SPEED issue, every 2nd day blinking RED LIGHT on the router is painful

    @JioCare Since from past 6 days me and other people who are using jio service in my apartment calling customer service so getting same reply no engineer available rescheduling your visit and I went upside and checked personally so found rsdm box needs to be replaced from where connection

    @JioCare From morning our jio fi connection is non functional, spoke to Customer care,they are saying today our technician can't visit coz of Bakra Eid wait for tomorrow but here my Nephew & Neice doing work from home forçed to go Cyber Cafe, this is ridiculous

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Once airtel disappoints you, and it will, DO NOT switch to ACT. Airtel is the least worst option out there. They will at least listen to your complaints.

    @JioCare I called @JioCare to resolve an issue, and right after that, someone activated a 'Call Bomber' on my number! Never expected such a pathetic and harassing experience from your customer support. How did Jio's service degrade to this level? Investigate and resolve this immediately!
