    Jio network is becoming bad to worst everyday, call drop & voice clarity on Jio network is common on JIO network, almost everywhere. @JioCare First killed their competitors with cheap tarrif plans, now they are planing to kill customers with their cheap services @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @paytmbankcare I have done exactly everything whatever you have told me to do, and i do have full signal strength and active recharge of 1 year with @reliancejio, i am still facing the same problem. Kindly help me. Is this a known issue with iPhone 13 series?

    @reliancejio I am at Aditya world city Ghaziabad 201002 I am here since last more then one year and I am facing the lot of network issue here we can't talk over the phone from my room or hall always we need to come out in balcony and some time that also not work

    @JioCare @reliancejio Should i plan to switch back to airtel? Complaint raised in morning and till now no one visited to fix my issue. Talked with customer care over call but still issue not resolved Poor services provided by jio. Jio care you don't care at all.

    @reliancejio in my cart total items value is Rs 9760. I want to place order but cash on delivery option is not coming. I called your customer care but he is saying first uninstalled the jio. Again install and then do all exercise again. Do you feel that this is right approach

    @JioCare This is unacceptable.I recharged the ₹349 5G plan,but I still cannot even use 1 GB in a single day. This has been happening for months. Every time I try to raise a complaint in the Jio app,it shows“sorry, we have some problem".That is not my problem. Fix this urgent.

    @JioCare for the past 4 days im trying to get a new jio connection but ur local area manager is absolutely horrible. He took the money upfront for 3 moths within 6 hrs but stopped all communication after that. Get someone to contact me asap for the connection
