    @reliancejio For many days now it’s very irritating to get anything downloaded on any device. Speed has gone down to even less than what it used to be in 2G. Can’t understand the fete of speed when 5G becomes fully operational Plus look into speed of 4G currently user is getting

    @JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

    @JioCare Very bad experience, false commitment, my jio fiber was booked with 2hr installation commitment, now two days there no installation. Now informed that my installation is on hold as per customer request, I calling customer support but no responses. Order ID NO0000JBJ024

    @JioCare @reliancejio i rechargedu number 8178283404 for rs. 222/-.on non jio phone sim. And this plan is not working. I wasted full day contacting jio in every possible way. Finally i got reply that i have recharged my number for a jiophone plan. And they wont do anything.

    Tweet 1/3 Very disappointed with @JioCare service. My Samsung phone had a software issue, so the Samsung service centre flashed new firmware. This wiped my phone and removed my Jio eSIM profile. Now I have NO access to my primary number linked with office/work.

    @JioCare Every morning I get a message about different technician being assigned, and soon after that, he stops responding. If this is the way you treat your new connection customers, then how can I trust with any other complaints post getting connection.
