@JioCare #JioCare #jiofi I recharged my jio fi number, but not able connect to internet, even not able to login to MyJio app as not receiving OTP's. Called customer service many times but not getting proper response. Not sure who will help me to fix the issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio Nothing hv bn done so far by ur engineers abt network of2G,bt u r charging as4G.u hv talked many times earlier too bt this time assured me that network prblms'll b sort out at earliest,bt u r sleeping same way as u wr earlier. Pl.try to understand our agony.

@JioCare I don't want further harassment by ur Customer Cares same repititive reply/excuses. that's the reason I stopped using your network. When @VodafoneIN network doesn't work I am using yours untill validity expiring. After that I m not going to recharge and use ur network 🙂

@JioCare Already used ur service, yes VOLTE calling was superb on your network didnt faced any issue but data 😂, the less you talk about, it will be better. Raised so many complaints but nothing happened. Applied for JioFiber 6 months back, but no one has contacted yet for connection. 🙄

@JioCare I have applied for jio fiber relocation on 02/02/2022, it got approved and service engineering was appointed on 03/02/2022, but till date 10/02/2022 it is not done, it is getting reschedule.I have raised a complaint but still nothing, pls look into the issue.
