    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @JioCare Need urgent help . I am in USA. I activated IR pack of Rs 575 my last night. But I am not able to connect any phone numbers in India as well as USA. Getting error message- ‘call failed’
