    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @JioCare Literally u are sayings we are working on 5 G but in small City /town your network speed is slow your @JioCare repeatedly say me number of user is much then if u want solution of your customer then established much tower otherwise after @BSNL_BR 4G come i shift on them Thank u

    @reliancejio why I can't get jio sim where i am get purchased ,you only missing or damages sim provide only jio store it's not well ,even holiday time and late time working people get trouble getting their damaged or missing jio sim

    @reliancejio @JioCare i am customer of jio prepaid more than 4 year recently recharge value is higher but service is very poor jio said that is 4g net speed but speed is not as 2g that is the reason i have request for port sorry jio
