So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @Anuraag78252343 Jio is going Down . To receive & do Calls , Internet should be kept ON which keeps on diminishing remaining Daily Data & 1 day's Battery Power . When Jio"s internet Data is switched Off ~ Friends & Relatives complain that yours mobile number is Switched Off & Out of Coverage Area

@reliancejio @OnePlus_IN What's the point of expanding when your service in ground sucks. Manoj Sharma in Noida sector 55 is doing a ****** job of handling customer complaints. Internet went down for 5 days and no one cared but people like vilash bhatiya talked rudely to the customers

@JioCare @reliancejio Hey Jio,I migrated to JioFiber postpaid on 27/07/2022 and the STB delivery was scheduled on the same day. Guess what after 16+ appointments,50+calls to customer care,3 complaint and 10 days, I still have no STB and u continue to me bill for the same.
