    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia Despite multiple disconnection requests and sharing all required details, my JioFiber is still active and a new bill has been generated. Disconnect it immediately and cancel the incorrect bill.

    @JioCare I request everyone not to install Jio AirFiber. After you pay ₹3,332 to get it installed, the engineer will just call it a technical issue and ask you to cancel it.

    @JioCare It says exceeded number of tries contact customer care. I havr spoken to customer care they are unable to help before the 11th of July. Sorry i cannot have 6 days of no interneg

    @JioCare This is the issue. Wrong plan has been activated the moment I asked for refund. If Reliance believes in cheating then it's fine else cancel the connection or change to the plan that I had asked. Else refund me the amount. It is rightly said Airtel is much better. Please expedite

    Yoo @JioCare your mobile network service is fckd up man I am sitting in Hyderabad yet the signal keeps buffering like anything If signal goes down to 4G from 5G it's done Nothing loads 😐 I can't even port my sim man, I still have almost 9 months of recharge left Fix it bro

    @JioCare I can share such scheduling messages from 2nd July onwards. Today is 8th July. Customer service agents are shamelessly promising every day that it will be done on the same day when I am calling.
