    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @JioCare Eversince u assured of priority visit by ur engineer, the visit is pending for over 18 hrs now..I feel street hawkers give better service than the controller of JIO, the richest Indian, Mukesh Ambani. Pl.,extend discount in the next bill for the period the Wi-Fi remained dead.

    @TRAI @JioCare sir aapse humbbal request hai Jio company wale jab customer jodna hota 10 mins me jod dete but ab jab muje apna no surrender karna hai muje extreme level tak harasment kar rahe hai me 45 day me unke customer care pe 30 times call kar chuka hu no response plz help

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number is SR000015WOTN. Jio fibre not working since 15/7/21. Earlier two complaints closed without resolution. Please help.

    Its not even a month since i got the connection and i have an hour breakdown of jiofibre. You must resolve such issues faster, if this continues, i will switch from jio. Such breakdowns are not expected from such a reputed company @JioCare @reliancejio
