    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare Now as my internet is not working, that technician will go to my old address and again he will scold me saying I already told you to change the address, i can't come to your new add as it is 5 km away.

    @reliancejio Jio True 5G is Jio False 5G. Using Nothing Phone 1 which is 5G SA Current in DEL NCR and in dense 5G coverage area Using a plan which is 239+ Clicked on welcome offer banner Still I have no access to 5G and your customer service has no clue. Poor Service!

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio When my plan is about to expire, you need not remind me to recharge in 2 languages every time I make an outgoing call. This is just harassment of customer. Earlier it used to be just for one call in a day. Please fix this ASAP

    @JioCare To how many jio staff, I should submit these particulars? I think you are the remaining only jio employee who doesn't have my complaint details. Kindly check your records. Registration done from mobile 9539294878, RAM, 4 months back, on your site, for new fibre connection.

    @reliancejio First fix your 4G network The reference number for this complaint is SR00001DQQPV.I did not receive further updates and I continue to face slow or no internet and its more than 2 months I have reported this issue and not resolved or nu refund
