And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". Even after payment, repeated follow-ups, NCH complaint, and Appellate Authority escalation, the issue remains unresolved.
