    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Refer to service request number SR000019CIEI. No wifi connectivity for 4 days. Service engineer didn't visit despite repeated tele requests. Chat at MyJio app turned futile. Customer care assured solution by today forenoon but no one turned. Regretting new jiofibre conn.

    @JioCare Very Poor customer service!Couple of days ago, i brought the matter of SR No SR0000196PJA into your notice here. Pertinent to mention that connection stands permanently disconnected on March 3. As of now, no action has been taken from your end for device pick.

    @JioCare SR000019DA2K is my service request no. It was promised that an engineer will visit me between 5-6PM today. But no one has even contacted me as of now. I understand today is holi so, people might be on leave but what I don't understand is why promise the time? I am disappointed.

    @reliancejio been to a retailer central Bengaluru to get 2 sims 1new+1port.He told server down also complained that from past 1 week server is down after morning!! So he asked me to come early morning! what's happening? Do V have to stand in Q like in ration shop get connection?
