Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

@JioCare @reliancejio In the month when I don't recharge my jio mobile number, the customer care person calls again and again and says that your pack is over, and even after we have recharged, 5G network is not coming on my phone, but jio care is avoiding the matter from 24 hours

@reliancejio @JioCare @AnantAmbani_ The Jio network is too weak in my area earlier it was working great and the speeds were awesome. But in the last few months it has been the worst service. Hence, if the issue will not resolve many customers will switch their number.
