@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I have been facing issues with my internet connection, even after 2 service request there is no one who showed up. I live in Siliguri, West Bengal and based on responses from your executives on call I am really rethinking if Jio was the right choice for my family.

This happened to anyone? Jio SIM gets blocked on its own, starts asking for PIN. Happened today before dad was about to head out. Support completely incompetent at resolving issue, now have to go to jio center with ID proof and re-register for their fault @reliancejio @JioCare
