    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    There is a lot of issue with Jio network in our area (complaint made 4 times), at the initial stage Jio was doing great in our area but now network and services of Jio are 3rd class and they hiked charges also so disappointed 😞 @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @DoT_India Thank you. Kindly help me. It is very disappointing that my wife has to go through it. She increase @JioCare @reliancejio customers and instead of compliment , they downgraded the account without prior information. Also customer care person ask to cut the call when he called.

    @JioCare after even dm still not getting any response jio is worst. It's only Airtel who cares for customer as i tweeted here i didn't got any call, if i did a same in Airtel within no time they will call because they care what they offers
