    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    Team @reliancejio @jio_fiber. Raised a service request (SR00003467ZF) Nobody comes for resolution but the status on the ticket says "Nobody at home". I live in a standalone building, no one has come since morning. Find some other excuse for your pathetic service.

    Dont buy any plan from Jio Fiber, Very poor service. Multiple calls have done and again and again executive asking me what are your problems, even they have no system to mentioned for what reason client talked earlier. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Purchased JioFibre on 11th April, KYC completed, payment done but service yet not activated. Installation scheduled again & again bt not yet completed. Representatives in Bhubaneswar not responding. Being harassed since 2 weeks. Ridiculous @reliancejio @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare FYI … I already shared my registration number yesterday. A complaint was raised on 22nd April at 9:45 AM. It has now been 2 days with: ❌ No response ❌ No engineer visit ❌ No internet

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. My service request SR000033PYGB was closed with a "False Resolution" claim. No technician visited, no call received, and my Wi-Fi is still down in Wave City, Ghaziabad. Internet is essential for my work. Resolve this immediately!
