Ajai 👨💻 (@ajaimanickam) reported from Pollachi, Tamil NaduSo for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". You have set automated voice notes and fallback messages and default resolution message. Will be fixed at 1:30am. I’m sure by tomorrow it’ll be 9am then again 9pm.
