    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @JioCare How the worst service jio had now a days. Relocation/ Installation of jio air fibre required,persuing for it more than a week and lodge 4 complaint on jio toll free number, Pmt also done but no response getting till now, So humbly requested kindly reimburse my Pmt

    @JioCare I am facing severe internet connectivity issues with my Jioairfiber at Mallampet locality Hyderabad since yesterday. Request you to resolve asap, there is no service request option found on the app, every time I try there an automated message your airfiber impacted

    @JioCare The engineers also don't bring proper equipment to check the fault and simply blame the voice service to be defunct. Running a diagnosis is not a big issue, which I even do myself. I need a resolution. Even the modem can be replaced and tried...but they don't do it.

    @JioCare I just received a message stating that the technician visit has again been rescheduled to 27th May between 6-7 pm. Are you serious? This is the worst service I have ever received. I am definitely going to change my WiFi provider once my subscription ends.
