So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@k_ro24 @JioCare @reliancejio NO. Voda and Airtel sim works when we do a monthly recharge of ₹49. There is no such pack available in JIO. These Jio customer care people told me the sim will not work if there is no active plans. And since jio doesn't work in my area i don't use it. 😒😒😒

If I send a message for port out you are try to make a pressure on me for not porting my sim. By send a prot cancel message to me. By your customer care person & RelianceJio try to mentally harrishing me. Every day your care person most of times never register my complaints.
