    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    Hii @JioCare Why you people started crying for recharge after every Call even still 3 days left from my previous pack... Why you irritating lakhs of coustmer like this. Are you thinking that your reminder like this help you for recharge..... genuine answer is No.

    @JioCare I upgraded my Jio Fiber plan to 1Gbps on 31st July and it has been 7 days since my speed is still in the 100 Mbps range. 3 calls to customer care. 2 visits of engineer and still no solution! PLEASE HELP, it has been 7 days service request : SR0000162379

    @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofiber you should be ashamed of your services. More than 48hours and still no redressal of our complaint. Customer services-absolutely useless, why will anyone resort to your faulty services when there are so many internet providers out there?!

    @JioCare @reliancejio After so many calls and tweets ,Mobile tower problem remains same .I am still facing this issue. Whenever power cut ,then network is completely disconnected. I tried to reach jio care from all methods( call, tweet)but problem remains same.pathetic service.
