    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @reliancejio service is going worse day by day and if you ever dare to connect to people @JioCare they will behave rudely and even abuse you. Female executives are worst at this. Do connect them at your risk.

    @JioCare Update: A technician finally visited and the fix was as simple as plugging a loose connector at the Jio Fibre common junction box, which was not plugged accurately by another technician when they came for a check last week. Could've happened 4 days ago. Nonetheless, thank you.

    @JioCare Dear service provider we are fed-up of your services in Kanpur you don't have any technical support services disrupted for nothing less than 4days. We along with several other pained client's would leave it very soon. Will pursue others also. Horrible

    @saaaanjjjuuu Airtel is the worst network since the 3g era! Calling 1800 toll free number on unlimited plan is not allowed! They ask to pay for toll free number calls. Even @BSNLCorporate and Vi is better than them. @reliancejio is the best network for mobile connections though.

    @JioCare 7th may i was ordered jio airfiber kyc and payment done but installation still pending. No one call for installation worst service.aisa lag raha hai koi fraud kar raha hai
