    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @PankajA9560 @jiocare same here complaint many times same answer WE FIX it for you. they're giving time to visit on 5.10.2021 at my site to fix the problem. Roj naha dho kar baitha hu koi nahi aata 😭😭😭😭😭

    @JioCare Jio has become the worst service provider.. having so many customers and still not able to handle it..its like you have a capacity to have one person's food but you steal 10 people's food @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare hi team. It's been one month and team always replies as if they are working. The issue is not fixed. Any estimation guys as I have provided all the proof to your team including sceenshots but no refund as been done. @JioCare extremely poor service and support department

    Ran a A/B test today. Broadband was down since yesterday afternoon. @JioCare registered the complaint and said it will be resolved in 24 hours. No followup or resolution happened. So called again to escalate. This time, in parallel put in a request for a new connection.
