    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio welcome offer is worst offer because it only able for some users . It should be able for everyone who are in 5g network coverage not most of the time in 5g coverage like 2016 when jio introduced his 4g network and offer us unlimited data. Then everyone enjoy or experience 5g.

    @JioCare got a mail to wait till 27/11/2022 and on priority Don't know how waiting for 15 days would be considered attending the complaint on priority. With the Exp in last week not sure if you will honor this timeline as well. Wouldn't m recommend getting a jio connection in future.

    @JioCare #jio fibre connection (6182356325) is in the name of my wife Madhuri Singh Reg.Mob No is 6202859902. ONT replacement service request no SR00001F78UH having Ticket No IM192030029 was completed yesterday without activation of newly installed Jio Fibre Set. There is no Wi-Fi.

    @JioCare It seems @ViCustomerCare is not interested in resolving issue, their tech team is not ready to accept that they have network issue in ulwe region. I would like to port to @reliancejio . pls assist me

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio My village is a panchayat headquarter and 12 km from district head quarter still no network available.I have complained from last 1 year but no response. Why company charge full pay tariff for no network place.
