Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

Ajai 👨💻 (@ajaimanickam) reported from Pollachi, Tamil NaduSo for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Abhay Venkatesh (@abhay_venkat4) reported@JioCare Update: A technician finally visited and the fix was as simple as plugging a loose connector at the Jio Fibre common junction box, which was not plugged accurately by another technician when they came for a check last week. Could've happened 4 days ago. Nonetheless, thank you.

Mayank Metha (@mayank_metha) reported@saaaanjjjuuu Airtel is the worst network since the 3g era! Calling 1800 toll free number on unlimited plan is not allowed! They ask to pay for toll free number calls. Even @BSNLCorporate and Vi is better than them. @reliancejio is the best network for mobile connections though.
