Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Tried calling Jio customer care even after we restarted router they are not ready to create ticket nor in the app it’s letting us create ticket . Can you create a ticket to help fix issue .
