  So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

  Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

  @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

  Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare It has now been 2 more days since ur last assurance & there is still no connection.Ur reply itself shows how old ur commitment is. Instead of resolving the issue,ur team keeps changing the service date & giving fresh promises.This is at least the 6th promised resolution date,

  For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician.@JioCare @reliancejio

  I booked Jio AirFiber at the Gangapur City Jio store on August 2nd; a representative named Pawan Bairwa processed the booking and collected the full payment, yet the AirFiber has not been installed so far. I was initially told it would be done on August 6th, but now they are saying it will be installed on August 8th. For such a major company, the service is appalling—Airtel would have been a better choice. Jio has been disappointing right from the start. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment. The request number provided to me is LR00001ELIW3, and the reference transaction ID is 2020080221045000029 / 0636121751279229. My mobile number is 8104022446. Ultimately, I want to know when this installation will take place—or if it will happen at all. @JioCare
