And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". I also shared screenshot of 2 debit entries of Rs 1200 and Rs 921. Why I cant reach your sales person or any human on your IVRS?
