    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @reliancejio worst service by JioFiber in Guwahati. They only know how to loot the installation money in advance and then later they do not care. Paid everything upfront but still left without internet connection. Now nobody responds to my calls. Is this how you work? @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio i am not able to make calls and use internet at my home at sec 32 karnal. Your representative says it will resolve in 6 months. To use jio services go outside from home we will not help you.
