Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

@JioCare i am attaching one video and since yesterday i am facing this issue.. Light start blinking snd no internet than suddenly it seems ok. Again after some time same blinking and no network. Poor thing is not able to register complaint through app

@reliancejio @RelianceFreshIN today bad experience, shopping groceries, Sodexo card payment, billed Rs 3500, staff told payment failed my card fault, went to another shop purchase using same card it's successful, when i told same ur staff is silent. Near RTO circle, Mysuru.

@reliancejio @JioCare Today 29-DEc again internet is intermittent. Seems your executive are hiding from customer as none of them reachable neither helpdesk nor your field team. Seems reliance is struggling to maintain the service quality.

If internet connection break in between than people working on the real time scenario have big issues. @JioCare @reliancejio how to reach out to customer service for issue. Incident logging is secondary if internet is down..
