Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I upgraded my Jio Fiber plan to 1Gbps on 31st July and it has been 7 days since my speed is still in the 100 Mbps range. 3 calls to customer care. 2 visits of engineer and still no solution! PLEASE HELP, it has been 7 days service request : SR0000162379

@JioCare @reliancejio After so many calls and tweets ,Mobile tower problem remains same .I am still facing this issue. Whenever power cut ,then network is completely disconnected. I tried to reach jio care from all methods( call, tweet)but problem remains same.pathetic service.
