    Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare since the night of 28th April, Jio Fiber connection at my home in Adyar, Chennai is not working. The app reports an outage that was supposed to be fixed on 29th morning, then 29th evening and now no fix date is showing up. Please fix it ASAP

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Frustrated with Reliance Jio AirFiber—slow speeds, repeated outages, and no proper customer support only IVR loops since 6 months. If this continues, switching providers ASAP. Enough is enough.

    @JioCare Hi, I have recharged twice in last 1 hour, money got deducted and I got a msg for a successful reacharge. But my service isn't resumed and it's showing as plan expired in the my jio app.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio My technician visit for SR00002KQ1IU was scheduled for yesterday, April 29, 12-1 PM. NO ONE SHOWED UP. Stop replying with the same script from 5 different agents and actually fix my fiber. It’s been down since April 26. Unacceptable. #JioFiber #BadService

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know why your net speed is so slow since 4 days , is 5g really working or you guys are simply providing 4g in the name of 5g ,I am not able to use 2gb data ,what about my left data . Will you provide me later ?
