@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

@JioCare If you can confirm that it can be done in next 48 hours then fine else share the escalation matrix. I did not find any information to escalate the issue further. What is the reason Jio representative are not not closing this issue.

@JioCare have connectivity issue. Spoke to CC, engineer visited and told this area has frequent cable cut issues so please move to another subscriber. I called avgan to CC but call got disconnected midway. This is completely unprofessional.

Vodafone service is pathetic. One small SIM card activation despite corporate account takes 24 hrs. Where in @JioCare activates in 10 min. I think time has come to change service provider. @ViBusinessIndia
