  So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

  @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

  Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

  Poor network connection. i have complained already about this. I had not satisfied. I had not seen any steps taken by you. Really uncomfortable on your network and i m facing lot of troubles. In an emergency i can't make call even can't send a message too. @reliancejio #jiouser

  @JioCare Stop this crap, no rescheduling option appears nor there’s any kind of update for engineers visit. I somehow managed to call one of the past engineers directly and pleaded them to fix the issue. One more time the issue occurs and I shall throw away your connection.

  Shame on @JioCare @JioFibre Internet is down from last 10 days. Raised SR several times, but they havn't assign an engineer yet. Shameless company taking money every month and don't care about its customer. No way to contact them, everywhere they have placed bots.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber service interrupted, However, the bill has still been generated. Why should I pay the bill for the period when service was not provided for more than a month? Along with restoring my service, the bill generated for the downtime must be waived.(2/2)

  @JioCare it has been 4 full days now since Jiofiber broadband stopped functioning . I raised a service request and till date NO ONE from Jio has bothered to attend.Multiple calls to Customer care gets the usual templated response. To whom does one escalate
