And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
